I had a wonderful experience while trying to find a queen mattress. I’m always pressed for time so I review my options quickly so I need someone who knows their products. The sales associate, Jason, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful guiding to select the proper mattress for my son. He compared traditional mattresses versus “box” mattresses and their long term durabilty to help me decide. My experience was very pleasant and quick, just what I needed!

I really like this store. The no pressure sales approach was a nice change of pace and the quality of what they sell is impressive. They also stayed open late to allow me to complete my purchase.

Alex was very helpful, patient and thorough in showing me a number of mattresses and explaining all the options, guarantees, etc. A pleasant experience. So far, the Tempur-Pedic Adapt Hybrid seems to be a good choice.

Jason (Denver Mattress) was kind, but also was extremely helpful without being suffocating. We greatly appreciated the space and time to make our decision (refreshing!), testing numerous mattresses while wrangling a boy toddler isn't the most convenient way to do it, but it was nice Jason was readily available nearby to help us with any questions we had, without hovering. At no time did I feel pressured to make a purchase and, in fact, ended up buying much more than a mattress (a fancy adjustable base with all the bells and whistles!) ; but the best part? - it really felt like MY decision and not like he was trying to talk us into any particular purchase. I'll say it again, it was a refreshing shopping experience. I get badgered all day long by a toddler and people in the world in general, and it was SO NICE to have exactly the right amount of help and a little breathing room to think things over. Of course the other gentlemen working at the time were friendly (talked to Alex for a minute and he's a great guy!), and they were assisting others in this section of the store, all without stepping on anyone's toes, so to speak. Seems to be the dream team of employees and I would recommend coming to this location to make your next mattress/furniture purchase! Additionally, while we weren't quite ready to buy a couch yet (just looking) Kyle on the Furniture Row side was more of the same: helpful, honest, courteous, professional, and not overbearing. Thank you for the least stressful shopping experience I've had in a long time!

Car shopping and furniture/mattress shopping is always painful but this was painless! Not pushy at all. Jason was fantastic! He checked in with us every little bit to answer any questions. Definitely coming back for any and all furniture purchases.
