Dependable Concrete Contractor, Philadelphia PA

I was thrilled with Dependable Concrete's recent parging work on my basement walls. Their team arrived on schedule, fully prepared, and worked diligently throughout the day, applying a smooth and attractive parge coat. They kept me informed during the process, protected my home from the mess, and left the area spotless afterward. Dependable Concrete impressed me with their expertise, efficiency, and professionalism from start to finish. I would gladly hire them again and highly recommend their services for any concrete project.

From coming out to give me an estimate the day I called, to getting the job scheduled a week later, and finished in less than a week, Vince and his team were professional, on time, and did great work. My dungeon like basement hasn’t been used since I moved in 7 years ago, so when I finally decided to see how I could make it into a useful space, Vince walked me through the whole process. Now I can actually enjoy being down there and have gained so much useful space. I’ll definitely be using Dependable Concrete for any future content jobs and would recommend them to anyone.

Vincent and his team did an incredible job on my basement. It turned out just as I hoped it would by viewing his website and YouTube videos. I’m so glad I hired them for the job.just wished I had done it sooner!

EDIT: See my original review below. Unfortunately, all of the concrete they put in cracked less than 12 months later. We just had it all replaced with a different contractor. We had four other contractors come and look at it and they ALL said Vince and his crew cut the concrete wrong and shouldn't have done a "saw cut. " Anyway, we wasted about $3,000 on work that we had to get done again less than a year later. Super disappointed and upset that we wasted our money and time. Highly recommend you look elsewhere for your concrete needs.

Vince and his crew were great to work with! They put all new cement on our back patio which was completely cracked and letting moisture into our crawl space and foundation. They also removed a small basketball court for us so we can replace it with grass. Their work was wonderful, lots of attention to detail. We are already planning future projects that we will definitely have them do for us once we save enough money to move forward with them.

From providing an estimate the next day, starting work within a week and completing on time, Vincent and his crew were a pleasure to work with. We had a large concrete patio added in our backyard and we couldn’t be happier.

Dependable Concrete expanded my concrete patio in my back card. They lived up to their name.dependable. The owner communicates well, timely and uthrough up to date technology. Their work was very good and fairly priced. I would recommend them for your concrete projects.

I forgot to post this last fall but Vincent and his crew came out to remodel our front steps/stoop and repaved our back patio that were overdue for reconstruction back in Late Sept. /Early Oct.of 2022.

They were professional and did a great job. We are happy with the results and would gladly recommend their service to anyone in need of having quality concrete/masonry work done on their home/property.

Not very dependable. I got an estimate for basement wall refinishing that wasn't compatible with what I thought was a fair price and declined. Then the estimate was cut significantly. When I wrote back to confirm the work and the estimate, I was ghosted. That was probably a year ago. They might do great work, but I'll never know.
