Once I found the office on the second floor I was pleased with the experience. The staff was friendly and efficient. The dermatologist was experienced and knowledgeable. It was a good visit.

Dr Lebouitz was very professional and helped me with my situation. I will definitely go back to him. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I did have to wait about 20 minutes but that was probably because I went late in the afternoon.

I was next greeted by a clinician, Sarah, who was very friendly and kind. She has a way of putting people at ease. Darcelle is very competent and provided great treatment with plans to follow up in a few weeks. Overall a very positive experience.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. Great atmosphere and doctor listened to all my concerns and was very detailed with explaination of her concerns about the process of how she was going to take care of the issues. She was very detailed in explaining the procedures she was performing. I would recommend this facility to all people who have concerns about skin problems.

I would never recommend going here to anyone, it was an incredibly impersonal visit that left me feeling more frustrated and defeated than before. Showed up 15 minutes early as instructed, but still ended up waiting in the doctors office for another 20 minutes, just for him to walk in, and not even look at my skin or ask about any problems. I believe I saw the actual doctor a total of 10 minutes not once did I have a chance to any questions and when I did try he just contacted to talk over me. Instead prescribed me pills, didn't tell me side effects or what to expect, then usher me out of the door. I wasn't even able to tell them I wasn't interested in using meds I just wanted a couple things answered.

I have been going to Darcelle for years and love her! She is thorough and I always get great care from her! Love her assistant Sarah too!
