These guys came to tow my car. And the gut dropped my car off the truck and it smashed into my fence. And now the company is refusing to fix my fence properly. And told me to contact my insurance, for the damage they have caused. Do not use this business.

Ed & his team @ Derry Auto & Tire was OUTSTANDING and a true life saver!

We traveled from Millville, NJ (3 hours south) to Harrisburg for a mission trip with 5 teens and 2 leaders. On our way to lodging our last day our bus broke down on the highway. After AAA sent the wrong tow truck Ed was more than happy & willing to send his awesome tow truck driver (Jesse) to pick up our bus. In no time he contacted us and took our bus to the shop where Ed got right to business. He made the experience and. Process SO EASY and eased A LOT of stress from the situation.

Ed was upfront and honest about what he thought the issue was, how he could handle it, and and also gave the worst case scenario so I could have a plan A & B… He was absolutely swift with ordering parts - getting them in first thing in the morning - and fixing our bus right afterward so we did not skip a beat the next day for travel.

Ed Will get my recommendation to anyone in the Hershey/Harrisburg areas any time! Thank you Ed and team!

I’ve been coming to this shop for a few years now and honestly, I can’t see how anyone can right a bad review about Derry Auto. Since day one of me coming to shop I felt comfortable leaving my truck for Ed and his team of mechanics to work on it. Once I pulled in the parking lot, went inside and saw a New Bentley being worked on, I knew that I was in the right place! All I can say about Derry Tire is they are very good mechanics. I won’t take my Truck anywhere else. I recommend them to all who need to have their vehicle serviced!

We had 4 trailers come to get the enhanced inspection done and Ed was so reliable and helpful throughout the entire transaction. He made a frustrating process required by the state bearable. I will be using this service again!

Don't every use this tow service. They charged my husband $175 to come out to pick up my jeep, then wouldn't pick up until I gave the my check card to charge me another $125. I was desperate since I was 1200 miles from home. They were recommended by Mavis in Camp Hill.

I will be contacting BBB, driver jumped my vehicle setting battery on fire and owner is denying such and damage … driver admitted he put them on wrong… pit marks on battery but owner calls me honey and dear… I am a woman yes, but I know cars… now having electrical issues on a newer car … stay away! BAD BAD business!

My insurance company set me up with this place to tow my car and yes I may have made a mistake in taking the key with me the people i talked to on the phone are the rudest people i have ever dealt with in this situation. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! IGNORANT. BAD SERVICE!

This company was dispatched to tow our car to our local mechanic. After being told by the automated system that we had a 70 min wait, 70 min later we called to be told by customer service at Statefarm that Derry Auto and Tire canceled the tow without calling and with no reason given. I would absolutely NEVER EVER recommend this place.

It's the worst place you can go to fix your car. The owner of this workshop is almost crazy, not fit to deal with humans. When I went there I felt like I was in a place to steal my money.

They did a quick, same-day tire replacement for our trailer tire. We were on vacation when the tire blew. The parking lot there may have been super crowded but their service was quick and well done. Thank you Derry's!

Wait was little excessive. Later found out that it was due to lack of workers. The owner was nice though and honest about my repairs. What more can you ask for!

I wish I can give this people 0 star, the manager is very rude and disrespectful, went there asking for A simple Flat fix and the manager wanted to charge me 120$ for it, he is the one with the messed up teeth, tall ….

Jesse towed my car when I had a flat and was super nice! Definitely will utilize their shop in the future:)
