We have lived here for about three months now and we love it so much. The office staff are amazing (Kathy and Leslie) I feel so safe here and so proud to be a part of this community.

Excellent staff! Kathy, Leslie, and the maintenence folks are all great. Immaculate everywhere. Here one year and not one complaint. A great choice.

I lived here for four years and loved it! The staff and maintenance team were always there to help. They had fun events scheduled around the holidays, had community driven events like food drives and toy drives, and were always looking to improve in anyway they could. I have never been in an apartment where I didn’t hear my neighbors, but here I never did. Even the ones around us that I knew had small children. Everyone was always friendly, and I never felt unsafe. Being surrounded by trees made me feel like I was in my own personal retreat, but I was just on my porch. It’s located close to a lot of top notch pizza joints and other fantastic restaurants. It’s also close to grocery stores, gas stations, coffee spots, and fitness places (if you don’t want to use the free one on site). It’s a great place to live if you enjoy fireworks on the Fourth of July, because it’s perfectly placed below Hampton’s community park where they set them off. There were other times we would catch fireworks from surrounding communities as well! Being right near North Park was also a huge perk. I cannot say enough great things about living here. I was sad to leave, but I’m happy I can spread the word on how great it was to live here!

Great location - close to stores and restaurants. I love the amount of trees throughout the property. It feels very secluded and peaceful, but is still easy to find.
