Chris and Tory were AWESOME and what a great experience! Chris took great care of me and showed me two options that would work for me and my needs. When coming here prior to today I spoke with Tory and he told me they had better rates than what I was paying for a bigger space. So I promised I come at the end of the month and get the storage and I did. They were so polite and in great spirits and I wish them nothing but the best! Thanks for taking great care of me. I appreciate the customer service experience i get and have have got'n since rent'n a storage unit from Devon Storage in Harrisburg! Torrey is very professional, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, a good listener and attentive to one's needs! I will be rent'n from devon again in the future when needed! It's a very secure and safe facility! I've dealt w/ a few storage facilities in the area, only the customer service I received wasn't as it should be!
