It's a very clean place only thing is why is this place called dollars General and nothing is a Dollar anymore.they might as well call it a variety store or a few extra dollar General?

The quality of a retailer is always stricken by poor costumer service. Gross and poorly trained cashier employee. She is THE stigma to this location and if she actually had a name tag on her name would be here. Deplorable.

Great upgrade from the dollar general store. They expanded their frozen section, added some fresh items, such as some veg and vacuum packed meats, even roasts. It is by no means a grocery store such as an ACME but it is good for a quick run to pick up a quick dinner items. They also accept EBT/ SNAP cards. Thats good for me as it is a short distance from my house.

Now before everyone gets angry, I know it’s a dollar general and the employees are not too happy but to not have a cashier with the ability to void or do an exchange when on duty is just beyond horrible customer service.

My husband got the wrong dishwash and I went back with my husband the next day to exchange for the one I wanted. A middle aged cashier straight up tells me he can’t void or carry on with the exchange as his manager stepped out and he doesn’t know when the manager will return.

The stupidity in the process was beyond me. I had about $15 worth of household stuff in hand and we not only paid the $15 but also kept the $5.30 dishwasher. I know it’s a small amount to pay but I think we got tricked to spend $20.50 when all I needed was a dishwasher until my next trip to Walmart.

Never shopping again in this place again

Nobody works in here! There was NO cashier and management was hiding in back tallking.then couldn't figure which register to use because all were signed onto yet those cashiers werent even there! I wont go back here.

Even if they were the worst we'd still go there!
I get my munchies from here. The bestest for that!

They are very unprofessional in there they play explicit music and talk about customers when they leave while other customers are in the line

I like that the aisles are clear. No clutter all over the place. The sales associates were very helpful.

Employes were friendly and helpful. It was a big store with surprisenly a large selection of everything. Even tons of brand names. The inventory was low but it was shortly after Christmas. I stopped in for some odd things B's found everything I wanted And left with more. Very cute home decors also. Pleasantly Pleased.

The cashier associate girl walks around the store on her cell phone. When I asked her where I could find 2 items in the store, she pointed at some aisles & continue to walk in the opposite direction & continue to talk on her phone. She was not helpful & her customer service skills at the checkout counter was so unprofessional. If I was an Undercover Boss, I would FIRE her. However, the thin framed, male black manager is ALWAYS helpful, kind & friendly.

Every one of the Managers and assistant managers goes the extra mile to do their utmost to help customers. A number of the other staff members are extra courteous and helpful. You can find unbeatable prices on clearance items. Their regular prices are lower than many other retailers. The company regularly offers a 20% discount coupon when you buy $ 25 dollars on select Saturdays. My first choice if I am looking for good value.
