The staff at the booth and office are very friendly, they give you a fast lane but they take time to unload 7: 45am entry 1: 50pm exit
When you enter you register, you go to the office at door 96, they assign you a lane and when you finish unloading you return again to 96 for papers and that's it.

No complaints. Early arrival okay. Easy check in. Good communication.
Wednesday appointment 6pm. Arrived at 3pm. Scan QR code for online check in. Door assigned at 315pm. Loading started at 4: 45pm. They text you when they start, at 50% loaded and when finished. Loading ended at 7: 15pm. Guard shack finalizes all and gives you paperwork and candy! Out of site at 7: 45pm

Dry van pickup 11/6 Monday appointment @ 8a. Checked in at 6: 05 a.m and given a dock right away. Started loading @ 7: 33 a.m, finished loading @ 8: 40 a.m, and was out the gate before 9.

1 of the worst place I have ever been to. AVOID COMING TO THIS PLACE. They gave me door right away but after 3 hours Shunter comes to me and said Ohh sorry we gave you wrong door backup to different dock they are ready to offload you. Then its been 2 hours now still the light is red and they didn’t started unloading. IF YOU ARE OKAY TO WAIT 8-12 hours then This place is best to come.

The worst facility, Don’t wanna come here again believe me this is last time. Avoid it anyway.

QR code check in, Guard shack was good, parking outside on the road, busy area, loading time less than 30 minutes. (Depend on the load)

I'm always doing a drop and hook here.takes a while to check in and out depending on the length of the line. Good luck finding an empty after you drop.

Doing this for my bf. He was in and out in less than 2 hours. He was also 3 hours early for his pick up.

Yoo ima be late messing around with these people. Drop and Hook took a little over 90 mins. 20 mins to drop empty and pick up loaded trailer the other 70 mins checking in and out.

They gave me snacks at the outbound gate so it sort of made up for the wait

Checking in take some time. Loading takes about 4hr and almost half an hour to leave from security gate.

Avoid this place. I had a 4pm appointment, checked in at 345pm, got the dock at 10 pm, and I'm still waiting as I'm writing this review at 12: 22AM.it was a straight through load. I missed the appointment for 10 pm, n now I have to wait till tomorrow night to deliver this load 75 miles away in Pottsville PA.this place is a joke.never coming back here

Places is a joke 4 to 5 people sitting in office to sign paperwork. They spend more time watching videos and BS with each other then they do checking drivers in and out. 1hr to get paperwork signed.

These guys are not right in the head. Had me drive 640 Miles to bring about a 1/3rd pallet of DAMAGED vanilla wafers to NC to a small XPO warehouse. Missed my Daughter's birthday.

Lauding is forever, plus unorganized? My first and last we need to skip this type of campani they didn’t understand driver time?

Why have people here by appointment? When you guys load or unload 3hrs after! Why no when you guys have the load ready?
