I don't like your service, every time I place an order and you take it, it always arrives 3 or 5 days after the delivery date. Express payment for nothing really…. They should do that better

Customer Service on chat sucks. Got an agent who apparently doesn't know how to read the words "DISABLED CUSTOMER" and kept threatening to cut off chat because I wasn't answering in 25 seconds. The expectation of having my package delivered to me on time never happens. Expected to be here on 12/08/23 and it got to Harrisburg then IMMEDIATELY rerouted to "third party shipping" not saying who that was like we already know. DO NOT SHIP ANY KIND OF DHL SERVICE WITHIN THE U. S. IF YOU WANT IT DELIVERED PROMPTLY.

I ran 45 minutes to pick up a shipment that was supposed to be in Harrisburg yesterday and was told that it accidentally ended up shipped to Allentown but would be here today. Today I was called to let me know that it again was not shipped from Allentown to Harrisburg and is still there even though it says it's going to be delivered to our house today. Obviously that isn't happening. Am I happy, no. BUT the one absolutely bright part of this entire mess has been the young lady I met when I first walked in to DHL to try to pick this delivery up. Her name is Jade and she is beyond an asset to this company! Without her and her willingness to go the extra ten miles figuring out where the package is, when she can get it here, calling me on the phone to update me etc. I just can NOT say enough about her! She IS the employee that every employer dreams of! In today's world, it's hard to find conscientious people that want to give their best to people! This shipping situation has me upset because the timing was needed for my son's schedule but because of Jade and how much she's gone out of her way to make it right and actually care even though none of this is her fault has just floored me and honestly who could be anything but appreciative and nice to such a wonderful person! Thank you so much Jade for everything that you're doing to get this shipment to us as quickly as possible!

Julie was a tremendous help to us in getting our first international shipment set up. Likewise, the customer service department helped us set up a nonprofit account beforehand. All the staff we dealt with were exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful.

Seems to be a reoccurring theme here. Got a message that a delivery attempt was made but nobody was home for a package. We were all home and the package was a "no contact" and no signature required drop off. Could have just left it on the porch if a delivery attempt was actually made. But home security footage shows absolutely no evidence of any dhl employee making an attempt to deliver a package. Clearly the driver decided to lie about an attempt that they did not make in an effort to avoid dropping off my package. Attempted to contact DHL customer service to find out if they driver was actually lying about it or possibly just at the completely wrong address. That phone call was 15 minutes of my life Ill never get back and the agent was the least helpful person I could have gotten.

If I could give negative stars I would. Horrible company. “Attempted” to deliver my package way to damn early. Said that there was no one there to sign for it when it was scheduled for delivery between the hours of 1900 and 2100. I also signed the release thing saying they could leave it at my front door. Sounds like they didn’t want to make a delivery. Horrible customer service too. Can’t even talk to someone in Harrisburg, call goes half way across the world to some person.

Still no package today. Where is my package dhl?

Driver lied and said that he/she attempted to deliver package and I wasn't home. I was literally home all day and at the moment I received the delivery failure message was looking at his truck 40 miles away. DHS Customer Service is like "Oh well, tough luck buddy. "

DHL Claims delivery was attempted, but package could not be released. I submitted the delivery release notification days ago when shipment started. Tracking indicated delivery by 3 pm, today. Tracking indicated delivery was attempted at 2107 and no one was “home”. That is not true! Sitting right here in my living room with lights turned on. Harrisburg branch of DHL is not telling the truth.

Can someone help me get my package from this Godforsaken people called DHL. My package arrived since 24th to harrisburg. Just for it to be delivered to reading pa which is a 1hr30mins journey is taking them ages. The most annoying part is that nobody is ready to help. Even one called Ken did not help after he asked me to send my details.

This company is wild for destroying my package. I didn’t get any notices about my delivery address being wrong. It was too late when I tried to fix it. I even talked to someone who said they changed the package address this past Friday and I still got my package destroyed. Keep an eye on this company because they don’t care. The person I talked to on chat today had no empathy either….

Twice your tracking app shows your driver is in my town and twice YOU did not deliver. First time "the business was closed" which was a lie because we never close and I'm the one who would have let them through the security gate had they ever actually showed up. Had to reschedule for the today put in instructions that we never close open 24/7 365. Today the same thing happened and now it says "because you were not home at the time of our attempted deliver" again your driver never showed up.
