Diamond Credit Union Pottstown Branch

I have been with Diamond Credit Union for some time and I have always received pleasant, professional service. Today was no different. I spoke with Jen Rodgers today, she was pleasant and understanding. She did not seemed bothered by my multiple questions at all. She answered each one professionally and was as pleasant answering the last one as she was the first one. I would definitely recommend Diamond Credit Union to anyone.

Kellie Gleeson was professional and very helpful with my request. She and the rest of the staff have convinced me that I made the correct decision in opening accounts with them.

WAY better than banks. I never pay for minimum balances, teller visits, and Diamond will not charge me to use another atm (but atm fees from the machine apply). The employees are always friendly and quick to serve with a smile. Everything I don't like about big banks sums up what I love about Diamond.
