Diana's Pizza, Bensalem PA

I ordered a large plain and cheese fries well done/crispy. I received a cold pizza, cold soggy fries. Never ordering from this place again.

My chicken quesadilla and fries took 1 hour and 20 mins, it was not even safe or good enough for my dog! Terrible customer service, everything was cold. Soggy and disgusting!

Once again I didn’t get the toppings I ordered and the cheesesteak is a joke. There is barely any meat. This place has gone down hill and my family and friends will no longer waste our money here

I don't think I've had worse pizza in my life. We got some slices. I don't know if they were sitting out but I threw them in the garbage. Got a soda and it tasted like mold. Needs a good scrub and some new sauce and cheese.

I just started ordering from here and until today I thought it was good. Tonight my order was running 45 minutes late. I called and the guy who answered phone said 5 minutes and just hanged up. I called back and again he said 5 minutes and just hung up. No customer service. No reason to be rude. Lost a customer

So it's halloween and I realize how busy they were but I placed my order at 4: 43, was told it would be ready by 5: 13. Showed up around 5: 10 and didn't walk out with my order until 6: 25. I stood back patiently and watched order after order be taken care prior to mine. I wasn't the only one and again, it was so busy and a lot of the orders were large ones but all I had was 2 large plain pies and an order of fries. To top it off, both pizzas were burnt and not the good kind of burnt. I like Diana's but I'd suggest ordering elsewhere on a busy kind of day.

Very nice staff, quick delivery on my pizza. Would definitely recommend the Margherita Pizza, it's different from all the others I've had and I really like it.

Horrible. Ordered buffalo chicken pizza tonight and it tasted like it has been sitting for the whole day. This will be the last time I order from this place.

I eat here every week and they constantly have the best food service! They will try to fix any mistake they make and try to work even the hardest customers. The food is top tier and you can tell they put their heart into it! Even on fridays they try to send the food out as quickly as possible even though they are understaffed!

Waited over 2hours for a freezing cold pizza. T he driver couldn't find my house I called and they said a new one will be sent. Nope they sent the cold one

I’ve tried this establishment a few times and every time I order delivery it takes over an hour to get here. The food itself seems to taste pretty good but it’s always cold by the time it gets to my house. If you’re looking for delivery I would not recommend.

The food was excellent and the staff was pleasant and efficient. I will certainly go back. I ate in that same restaurant many times 30 years ago and it was excellent then as well.

Love this place! If u had a bad experience yrs ago it’s new owners & they are wonderful! Ordered the stuffed mushrooms w/ Alfredo for 1st time, AMAZING!

Their pizza has the best flavor if you are choosing between Taranovas, Valley Pizza or Diana's. Hands down. I crave their pizza ever since I moved out of bensalem. I am disappointed that they changed the kind of mozzarella sticks they have. The ones they used to have were smaller and seasoned super well. These new ones remind me of chuckie cheese. Please get the old ones back!

Otherwise I love your restaurant

Everyone working here is great. It was my first time ordering here when I went to pick up and yet they made me feel like I was a regular. The food and people will have me coming back and picking up.
