Jake at the golf services desk was extremely friendly, proffesional, and accomodating. Went above and beyond the expectations I had going into DSG. I dont know if he was management or not but he should be!

My cashier, Melvin, was so nice an helpful. He could tell I was in a hurry and he made sure to check me out fast so I was done in less than a minute!

Frelling busy. Very few paying attention to distancing. Got in and out as quickly as possible.
Highly recommend curbside pickup.

The service is great and they always find a way to get the best product that you wanted. Others may have a different story but from me and the thought from my family we all like the variety of items and never had a bad time. Great place

I recently was denied to change a simple tube tire change. I didn't have something crazy or understandable. Come in change the tire for months. And one time I came in from the rain and storm and they said they could replace the tube. Take few seconds and it's really hard to understand how I couldn't come at the same time I normally do and get a simple tube replacement. I am usually with great service but this just rediculous. I ride to work 3.3 miles their n back from work usually someone just lends me help.

Found almost everything I came to purchase but one item the price wasn't what I wanted to pay as a sale. But over all I was 99% pleased.

Looking for some ammunition which they didn't have in stock. The don't special order for customers. I guess they don't need us. Prices are much higher than wallyworld.

Went there to get a ball cap. They had a decent selection of Philadelphia Phillies caps, but I was looking far a particular style in a fitted cap I spent 30 minutes circling the display looking at hats, with no one ever approaching me to offer assistance. I finally settled for one and checked out. The store was not that busy for a Saturday afternoon. Not much customer service.

I went to look for sweatpants to my dad as a christmas gift and i staff for help. I was looking for pants that were on the mannequin. She didn’t know where to find them and just told us to go and look for them close to the door. You get no help here

Lousy customer service, since this is the only large sporting goods store in the Montgomeryville area they think they can just give you an attitude, I think I'm going to shop Amazon from now on.

Went to the store to look at ellipticals, found one we liked. Talked to two store employees - one said it was in stock, the other said he was sure it wasn't. Had him check anyway, he said it was in stock. We got home and found they'd given us a treadmill instead. Returned it, but had them deliver the correct item. Their delivery company cancelled three appointments and has not delivered yet. Each time they notify us a different way (phone, email, text message). Avoid this place like the plague.

Hours on web site said open at 9: 00 am. Got there at 9: 30 but doors from mall entrance were closed. Sat around waiting until 10: 00 am. Would have given 5 star rating because of excellent service in shoe dept and checkout cashier.

Dick's is a great sporting goods store in general. This specific one always seems to have a competent employee when I need one, they have a no hassle return policy and their prices are competitive with even online only retailers.

The prices are way too high. If you catch a clearance sale you can find some great unadvertised bargains.

Terrible! My mother and it were waiting in the shoe aisle for atleast 30 minutes multiple workers saw my mom struggling and ignored her and continued to walk away, the this guy came up to my brother with autism and asked "do you ever stop talking" and at that point me and my mom had it. Terrible customer service.

They have a huge selection of fishing equipment at a reasonable price. I wasn't entirely sure of what I needed to do the fishing I wanted to do, but the sales associate helped me find a product and showed me how to operate it effectively.
