DICK'S Sporting Goods reviews
9Went to buy shoes and had questions about inserts but no one working in the store that I could see except one person's at checkout thIs occurred 2 days in a row walked out and won't be back
If you need golf clubs, head to 84 drivin range or Golf Galaxy. Associates don't have enough time to help with club selection.
I liked this place better when they had a fishing and hunting section. I know they own sportsman's warehouse but I don't care.
Cody was a huge help back in the bike area great customer service. They did not have to help me but chose to do so shows a lot about the management at this location.
Out of stock on needed parts when online inventory showed 4 in stock. Bicycle area would look better if they cared. Extremely poor. Shop elsewhere. Had to go to Trek store on Rt 19. Don't waste your time here for bicycles.
Great selection of Brooks shoes. Poor customer service, tried to find someone to help me in the shoe dept. Guys standing around, not doing much.
If you're looking for fishing equipment, go elsewhere. This store no longer carries any fishing equipment whatsoever.
Great service by a guy named Nathan in the shoe dept. Service is usually decent and they usually have a lot of stuff.
Not a good experience drove 30 miles to get 2 kayaks go to check out and the wouldn't take a virtual credit card from a company that they are affiliated with very frustrating
