DICK'S Sporting Goods, Easton PA

I've been buying my work boots from this location for the past five years, that ends today. Not only do they no longer carry half the brands they used to have, the work boots and hiking sneakers have been deregulated out of the actual shoe department along a back next to hunting equipment. The only other thing of note is an employee came out of the back work area and almost walked into me while talking to another employee, like he was a cartoon character. He saw me and started talking normally. Amazing.
So yeah don't go here if you want work boots, or if you don't want to be run over by an employee doing his finest South Park impression.

Golf equipment selection is second to none but even more importantly the sales staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Please hire more staff like Tom in your Easton PA store!

Good enough, nothing spectacular. Pretty standard visit for some baseball equipment. Friendly staff, selection somewhat lacking.

Went to this store on Sunday found a jacket I wanted to purchase and was suppose to be on sale. When I got up front of course it wasn’t on sale. The cashier asked a coworker to check and the sign was there. The cashier said go take a picture of it and show her when we walked over to it the girl that checked the sign was rushing to grab all the jackets off that rack and made comments that the coats where never on that rack when clearly they were. They messed up with their signage and go to accuse you that you moved like 20 coats. Terrible customer service!

Ordered 4 items online, they were ready for pickup within an hr! Super fast service once I was inside to pick up, and staff was all very friendly and helpful!

I like this store. I golf hunt and camp. I almost always find what I need. With 3 kids from softball, to football and lacrosse, I could drop in and pickup what they needed. Glad to see more rifles and shotguns back in stock. Employees are great people and always helpful.

Good selection of sporting goods. The bike repairman/staff was wonderful and very knowledgeable

I always get all the help I need from the guys back in the lodge and most everyone there is very very helpful

My son was shopping in your store with his aunt last night. They lost his wallet and went back to the store to see if he lost it there. The manager Mike felt so bad because they had on the same day some run ins with some shop lifters that he decided to give him a $50 gift card to the store. This was so amazingly sweet and we are overwhelmed with compassion of the store. Thank you guys.

The selection of men's sneakers and hunting boots in my size was almost nothing. I have bought my shoes there for years, now I have to look elsewhere

Gentleman stocking the fishing lures was extremely helpful with my daughter looking for a bucket hat. Very pleasant in some hard times for retail workers. Thank you and shame on me for not getting his name.

Not impressed with their Covid shopping set up. You can't leave the store without going through the checkout lines even without a purchase. At checkout there's little room at the end of the register, people clog up there so forcing everyone through there without a purchase is just stupid.

Driving 15 miles to find out that even though the website claims they have something in stock they haven't had it for weeks, Nor even any items in the same category. A little bit annoying

Ordered off the internet for curb side pick up and my order was not there and they had no record of my order. I showed my debit account being charged and order confirmation. The manager said I can't help you maybe customer service can
