You find almost all kind of popular game, sports, and sporting goods here including fishing hiking.very large store and caries many brands with a wide variety of options.

This store is not for the discount shoppers but brand conscious, There are plenty of choices but not a single item found in clearance or marked down, I enjoyed my trip to the store - plenty of parking and also have designated spots for curbside pickup

Have shopped at this store numerous times and usually enjoyed the experience, but not today. We were in looking at in ground basketball systems to replace one in which the backboard shattered. I asked the person who seemed to be in charge of at least that area if I could order it on line since I had received an email with a coupon for 10% off, and just pick it up from their store. I was told it would take a long time so we purchased it. Upon returning home went on line and found out that I could have ordered on line and it would have been ready in an hour to pick up at the store. Felt like I was lied to just to get the sale completed. I know 10% isn't a lot of money but would have been a savings of $150. The other workers were helpful in loading it into our van

I just wanted to give a shout out to the excellent staff at this Dick’s Sporting Goods. Alex from the bike department was so patient and kind to my young children, and he was knowledgeable in his area and made me feel confident about my bike purchases. I didn’t get names of the rest of the employees throughout the store, but they all loved on my kids, to the point that they were talking about the girl in the shoe department and Alex who carried one of our bikes to the car. What a great experience!

Great experience. Had to exchange a vest and it was done quickly. It was the gentleman's first day on the job and he handled it very well!

I almost always leave this store empty handed because they never have anything in stock. Like, ever. Baseball gloves? Empty wall. Shorts that are a size Large? Good luck. What kind of sports store runs *completely out* of soccer balls? ! Is it a surprise to them that soccer season starts every year? ! I guess I'll reluctantly have to order from Amazon. Again.

I wanted to get envelopes (only) to send a doe tag application in the mail. I had the license and application already, I only needed an envelope. I stood in a very long line only to experience rude customer service. They wouldn't give me the time of day or allow me to explain that I already had what I needed besides the envelope. I simply got a "Sorry, we can't do that you need the license". I just walked out. Terrible customer service. Will never go back when you can simply go to WALMART.

Have no high top football cleats in stock at all. They must be ordered online. Unfortunately they have put all other competition in the area out of business so there are no other options to buy from.

I have attended this store a number of times after checking their website for items. They never seem to be at their stores. Don't advertise what you don't have.

Weightlifting gloves are very limited. You'd think a sporting goods store would have a better variety.

A bunch of smart, lazy tails. My brother goes in for a mattress. They said there are none left of a brand. I see 3 are in the back and order online. He goes back now they have 1 broken one left. A bunch of lies! I had to call them just to get a cancelation text. Smart butts. Good help is hard to find.

Ordered online from here, a football Jersey shirt in large for my husband, they sent me a boy's size in medium! Went to return it to store, they had no other shirts like it there, wouldn't give me my money back instead gave me a gift card. Didnt like anything in store, way overpriced! Never order anything from them again. Prices are outrageous!

Disappointed that the web site inventory didn't match up to the real inventory. Drove an hour past 2 other ducks to only find out they didn't have what i wanted

I attempted to purchase a shock-doctor knee brace today. When scanned at the register the price was $25 more than the tag price. The cashier asked an associate to check the price, but did not provide a UPC or any identifying information for the model I had selected. Within seconds she claimed it was the right price. Better off buying online as this brace is $40 cheaper on amazon.

I was looking for a particular piece of clothing. Up and down aisle after aisle. Couldn't find any one finally I walked to rear o f store and asked the clerk in shoe dept. He was very courteous & even offered to walk me to the jacket I'd been searching for.

I came to the store in search of beginner hockey equipment and was unsure where to start. Luckily there was a very nice and knowledgeable employee and he helped me pick out the right equipment!
