DICK'S Sporting Goods, King of Prussia PA

The king of prussia store was the dirtiest retail establishment i have been to in a while. Staff walking around conversing but the fitting room was filled with trash. Needs leadership

Friendly staff, good prices. Takes up the entire space of the old Sears department store so plenty of room for a variety of inventory. Good shopping experience.

Gent at the shoe department was very hlepful in helping me find football shoes for my son in my budget.
I guess some policies regarding veterans have changed, but the checkout woman (Shannon, I believe) was nice enough to accomodate.

Wonderful people. Great service. I visited them to get my racquet restringed. The service cost was nominal, and their service was top notch.

Poorly stocked and poorly staffed. You have to hunt down someone to help you, particularly in the shoe department. Even when sizes are unavailable - which they often are - the staff doesn't proactively try to find you alternatives. Shopping at this location is a very frustrating experience.

Staffed very poorly. Common sizes are never in stock in the shoe department (staff is basically there to fetch shoes and not actually provide any value added service). They have bodies there and not actual sales people who have proper training in the customer shoe needs. Basically, don’t go here for shoes unless you want a shoe simply based on how it looks.

So they are supposed to open at 10, they certainly were not open at 10. It was a wait and a scavenger hunt to get in.

Decent selection and the staff are friendly enough, but they have some of the slowest cashiers I have ever encountered. Every transaction seems to take at least 5 minutes.

You can find any and all outdoor and sporting good equipment at this store. From socks to high end athletic shoe and hunting boots. Clothing for any sport and activities you are participating. Gear from bikes, golf clubs, canoes, and many other activities.

Store looks small from the outside, but I was surprised at how big it is inside. Great location with connection to the mall. Lots of inventory, but the soccer department is extremely small. Disappointed with their selection. The fishing section is great, though. I can agree with the other comments that the customer service isn't great and employees seem annoyed.

Will never go to any Dick's Sporting Goods store or Field and Stream ever again unless they get the assault rifles back.

Terrible customer service, was trying to get a fishing rod for the first time, & they look at you like your from mars & their sporting good department service is not helpful at all.

Worst customer experience ever. Employees are so rude and impatient to get customers out of the door.

Horrible customer service! Trying to buy shoes for my kids and never been treated so rudely in my life! After hunting around for someone to help us, and being brushed off several times, one lady actually saying she just wanted to go home and they were closing in 15 min, then failed to help us find any shoes that were actually in stock! We asked about 6 different pairs, none of which they had a size 6, and when I finally asked her what they did have in stock she just rambles a bunch of names of shoes rather than showing us which ones they had. I actually had to ask her to show us what they had because we didn’t know the names of each shoe like she so impressively did. After telling her we’d take the shoes, she responded with “good because I’m done and going home”. Maybe if she would’ve helped us in the first place we could’ve been out of there sooner? Imagine. 100% rude and inconsiderate to my entire family. People like this shouldn’t be working with people.

A little disappointed this time due to the fact that all the specials they had were in tiny human sizes lol, a very expansive store as they have a ton of authentic gear but wasnt perfect as alot of the nfl, nhl gear can be found cheaper elsewhere, worse a visit if you have some cash to splurge

I will never shop at Dick's again after a terrible experience I had with their customer service. I've contacted customer service 6 times over an order I placed online and it's still not resolved.
