This is a sports store not sporting goods. They don’t even sell a single piece of hunting equipment. After visiting this location I will never buy a single item from Dicks again.

Went on Friday night around 6pm to get ice skates sharpened. I made sure to call ahead. Apparently a new sharpening machine. Only one single employee knows how to use it in the whole store. Drove out there. The one person who knows how to use it goes home sick. Friday night. Won’t be able to sharpen skates until Monday. Mentioned cranberry can do it. Like a 30 minute drive. What? Thanks. I’ll take my business elsewhere

I go there to buy my fishing license and gear for my tackle box they have stuff for half price so get it before the prices go up

It's your standard retail sports store but every time I seem to go in its been a challenge to find an employee to help. The footwear guys are just gophers there and have nothing to offer in the way of service or recommendations. If you want to try to gain a little more knowledge before making a purchase, just use the internet and don't rely on the employees.

Way over priced. Also If you want any thing related to a modern sporting rifle you're out of luck

Store is fine. Lots of inventory. Plenty of cashiers. McCandless Crossing parking lot is a nightmare.

Love this store.they have a, great selection and you can get great coupons in the mail. I recommend it for your sporting goods needs. Easily accessible and good parking with lots of spaces.

This is my go-to store for all my kids sports. Soccer, baseball, field hockey, lacrosse and tennis, it's all there. Unfortunately I never get out of here under 100 bucks!

The item that we went to purchase, which their website showed was in stock at this store was not available. If they are going to show availability on their website I think it should be more accurate. This was a hat and not a big selling item that would sell out quickly.

Very nice location. Is it as good as a Bass Pro Shop or Cabela's? No way! But it'll do for certain things!

I will say they have a wide selection. However they didn't have the firearm that I was looking for. An Auto Ordnance Parkerized 45 caliber automatic. And They didn't have the ammo I was looking for either 17 HMR. A little disappointing.

Manager was super nice. Big selection of things. Prices are kind of high but what do you expect, name brands are ridiculous.

Lots to find and buy. Clean, well organized and nice people. Much better than other sporting goods places

I am highly satisfied with the service I receive from the sales associate at Dick's Sporting Good Store. I recommend friends and family to get the lastest apparel and sporting equipment from this store

They are almost always other sufficatingly helpful or no one around to help. There is never an in between.

They have a excellent bike repair technicians but one is partly off his rocker because I have received 5 phone calls of supposed "problems" with my bike and it always consisted of oh this is bent or the bearing is bad that will be 25$ and then a new part would be ordered so they get you in labor and the part.so then he gets 50$ out of you when the bike doesn't even have the problem they listed or said.

Definitely a bit pricey, but after stopping at 3 stores, this was the only store that had sneakers to fit my foot size. The girl in the shoe department was attentive and helpful in checking to make sure they had shoes that fit my wants and needs, even if it meant having to rummage through the back stock room.
