Eye exam was very quick and Dr. Diecidue was great. Made the exam very pleasurable. Will definitely go back to him next year.

Very professional and very nice staff, When selecting my lenses for my glasses the lady helping me with my glasses was very honest with me and help me save $100 on my lenses.

My bifocal RX was slightly off. The doc is changing my script and ordering new lenses for me.

This appointment was substandard. I plan on calling the office to complain this morning. The doctor was condescending, he’d ask a question & cut me off while I was answering, & he changed me to a progressive/bifocal eyeglass prescription without instruction or consulting me. I gave 2 stars only because the receptionist was great.

Megan helped me choose a really cute pair of glasses.sooo kinda and helpful. Shelly welcomed me right away and was sooo kind! Great experience already and Dr. Marino Saveri was extremely helpful and helped with with contacts and a fast service. Definitely come here again! Thank you

Gave me wrong prescription and didn't care when I said I couldn't see. I told him I couldn't see the letters and he still let me walk out and drive my vehicle. Which was unsafe. I do not recommend them at all, they got me in and out as quick as possible and thats was all I got from this place.

I know it's common to wait after your appointment time for doctors and I only waited about 15 minutes after my scheduled time. However, my issue comes from the fact that I could hear Dr. Saveri watching a video in his office. A few minutes passed from when the patient before me left and when I was called. I assumed this is when he would clean off the instruments in the exam room. When I placed my chin and forehead against the plastic I knew it had not been cleaned. It SMELLED dirty. Do you know how dirty plastic has to be for it to smell dirty? He had not even done a simple wipe of the contact points with an alcohol pad.

My entire exam was less than 10 minutes. I'm nervous to order new glasses in my updated prescription because he kind of just went about it so quickly. He didn't even double-check once I said, "yes that's better". Really, it wasn't much of a difference in my prescription but I do feel he should take care to make sure it's right. When he finished my exam, he pressed play on the video he had playing on his phone! I clearly saw him. Sorry, but even to me, a millennial, this seems unprofessional.

The two women in the front were nice and helpful to the customers I saw trying on glasses.

The eye exam was great and the doctor was wonderful and so was his assistant in the office, very helpful

I had gotten glasses a month ago but my one eye was straining a little so I called and they said come in and we doc adjusted my script and it was great. Very understanding and thorough

I have had great experiences here in past years. In my most recent visit though, I received some of the worst service. Staff at the counter was not welcoming. I felt like I was a bother to them from the moment I walked in from the way I was treated. The exam itself was so rushed that I left with the wrong prescription and later had to come back to adjust. During my returning visit is when the doctor realized they based my new prescription off of an old prescription at this location, from over 5 years ago. They did not use my most recent script to compare. All I was given was one new contact lense and told to call them if it didn’t work. Overall I had an awful experience. Staff and doctor made me feel like I was not worth any of their time.

I’m afraid this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. The bad body odor smell in the exam room was overwhelming and there was a dirty smell off of all the equipment as well. Not impressed and will not be back.

The eye doctor was very short and a bit rude, did not share and condition only to remark that my eyes are bad, not personable at all

I took my child for his eye exam and it was our first time there. The Dr was 27 minutes late for the appointment with no apology given. The Dr didn’t even introduce himself so I had to ask the receptionist his name. I thought that was very unprofessional. My teen was called into the office for the exam and after it was completed the Dr comes out and hands me a piece of paper with his eye prescription on it. There was no explanation given about which eye has gotten worse and why or any recommendations for him. I proceeded to leave the office and looked at the paper & the name on the paperwork wasn’t even my teens name. I will not come back to this office for services, very very unprofessional!

Dr.seemed rushed. When I asked questions, he didn't really answer them or he gave answers that felt more like a sarcastic remark. Poor "bed side" manner. When he put eye drops in my eye, it got teary and I asked for a tissue. He handed me a folded up (as if it was used) paper towel. When he gave me my "new" contacts, he didn't have my rx so he gave me a lesser script lens for one eye. Seemed odd. I mean I was there for new lens and I'm leaving with a lesser script than I started with. Not sure I'll be going back.
