16We had a very positive experience purchasing our Bronco. Our salesman, Dallas, was amazing! Everyone that we had contact with, including the finance guy, was super.
The service department was excellent! They always get me in on time and do a great job of making sure everything is attended to. Driving a lot of miles each year for work gives me the peace of mind knowing the experts are looking out for me!
The finance guy went with a bank, not my credit union. Had to refinance for a 1.5 % less interest. Still waiting for my gap refund. Which was a ridiculous price, compared to my insurance company rates. They have to replace my front decal and driver side window seal on Monday. And now I learned my new car is under a recall and will have to go in again. Manager is supposed to refund my $100 fee for title transfer when it comes in, he did set my car up for repairs on mon. As for gap refund.he was suppose to call me back yesterday morning.still waiting.he will get a call again today.
I bought a car from here and my heat / air went 5 months after getting it I took it to them to look at they tried to charge me 700 dollars 10 mins after leaving and driving less then a mile to my house I get home I’m home not even 10 mins I go to run to the store and my car won’t start nothing in my car works I go back up there Tod was so rude to me told me that what would him messing with wires have to do with my car not starting I said dude everything he then told me it started when I left it’s not his problem and told me he doesn’t have to listen to me and walked out.
My visit there was professional. Everyone was nice and quick at there jobs. My sales person was very helpful on showing me the vehicle I was interested in. Everything went real good and I couldn't have been Happier.
Pass on this dealership. Go to another ford dealership for services. If I could give zero stars I would.
Set up an appointment to get oil service and brakes and went to drop off and they didn't know anything about. How? I've been talking to your service writer for almost a week about this? ! Very disappointed in this situation due to the fact of my truck being a diesel. But I found d somewhere else to take it to. Lost my business
9/23/23, nothing changed, use another Ford Dealership for any of your needs! 4/23/23 update. Do not get service or buy here. Go to McCandless, Mark Thomas, or Fairway Ford! 10/29/22 no updates, service still sucks here. They never offered anything more than a handshake to make this right! I called back and was sent to voicemail with no return call! Whoever responds to these from the owner is a big liar! Don’t go for service here!
8/20/22, they act like they will make right. No offer for free works with full synthetic as of today. The lie! Go to another Ford dealer for service. 8/15/22 I sent message via Facebook asking owner to offer a free correctly done works with full synthetic, which is what paid $100 for last time that was not correctly done. Let’s see if they do this and do correctly! Update! Owner is a big liar! None of what the owner said is true! I was not offered anything! I was called by the service manager and I advised him of what happened and I told him I would not be back. He asked what I wanted. Nothing was ever offered. Not once did anybody offer anything to make this right! I called to discuss this after seeing the lie that was posted, only to get transferred to a voice mail! I had to argue with the service rep that the rotation was not done! I was never offered anything extra other than a hand shake from the service advisor. The washer fluid was not topped off! I paid extra for a full synthetic oil chsnge (did I get one) You are not telling the truth. What a liar! Service is no longer reliable since Deihl took over. Took my 2020 F250 in for Works. They did not rotate my tires. When I brought to service advisors attention he stated the tech only did side to side on the front. Top of fluids and my washer fluid was not topped off. I asked the tech and he said they probably did. I showed him it was not done. All they did was just the oil change. I could have had that done at a no name quick lube. Diehl of Sharon will never touch a vehicle of mine again. Horrible service! I called Ford to complain about this as well. I have owned 9 Ford vehicles and had them serviced better at the previous owner (Preston) as well as Klabens, Mark Thomas, Fairway, and Donnell Ford. Hope they actually do something to correct Diehl’s poor service! Go to another Ford dealer for service!

My salesman name was Dallas. He was straight forward and no games. Made purchasing a car not so scary.
Be aware when booking online for car services. Was booked for having car services for a Ford Fiesta.
Had no mention of Ford garage being under construction prior to arrival, nor that a Ford mechanic was not on-site on the day that I scheduled.
This could have, and should have been prevented before booking an appointment.
They're incredible here you not only get top customer service but you are treated like a part of the family. Braeden took care of us he was wonderful. Walked us through everything, made sure we were comfortable and was easy to talk to. I highly recommend Diehl Ford of Sharon if you're looking for a new vehicle.
