DiFilippo’s installed my HVAC system seven years ago and I have maintained a service contract with them. A lot of time was spent to make sure my system was properly designed and the installation was very smooth. They are always on time, professional, clean, knowledgeable, nice to work with and keep my system very well maintained.

I’ve been with DiFilippo’s for a dozen years. The techs are punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. With the Pandemic, they are taking the appropriate steps to maintain my health and safety as well as theirs.

Led by Vince, they deliver what they promise, support me when I need help, and when in my home they treat me, my family and my home with respect. And during the virus, worked at a safe distance and made everything seamless for us.

We had our annual air conditioning tune-up yesterday and as usual the
technician was on time, professional, courteous, thorough and asked us if we had any questions before he left. He wore a mask and plastic slippers and left everything the way it was before he came. We had recently adopted a new cat and he gladly obliged our request to open and close doors carefully.

The technician was very friendly and checked all out. But we learned that the dehumidifier is I think 16 years old and needs to be replaced, it doesn't work properly now. We expect a proposal when that can be done and how much it will cost. In a way we were surprised this was not discovered before, we assumed that it was serviced (at least in the past) when AC was serviced. Nobody told us otherwise. Sincerely Gabriella

Just had a new heat pump installed. This is my second heat pump installation by Vince Difilippo’s company.
Vince made an on-site evaluation of need and submitted a detailed proposal. He helped me chose the best of three options for me.
Technicians are polite and respectful. They explained the new system and answered my questions. They used drop cloths and shoe covers.
All that and interest free financing.

There is no better Service company; Di Fillipos Is well run and always send s competent staff. There is a discipline among the staff and they are very professional and hard working. They provide answers and put the customer first. They keep looking for new ways to help the customer.

We had an ongoing problem with our old furnace that required a number of visits to track down the root cause. The service people were excellent and came promptly each time until the problem was finally solved. Would definitely recommend them.
