I'm a newer design in the BIM industry and DDS really helped me get my foot in the door. Ryan is an excellent employer and I have learned a lot in the time of me being a BIM designer for him. The team here is great, get work done and have a great work environment.

Great company to work for and the team of designers here have a ton of knowledge. I have certainly learned a lot from the crew here and have become a solid designer under their ranks. Super professional, Ryan and Adam are great people to work for and work with.
