They just want to sale their car. I saw 3.1 star on review and tool risk. Luckily the car was fine its not that they gave me good suggestions or helped me pick the good one. They also promised me to change some items that were broken then they just stop answering my calls.

This place is trashed, appointment at 1, the sales lady spent 45 minutes digging the car out from the back. Not exaggerating. And it looked nothing like the pictures it was all dirty and scratched up. And had the nerve to ask $4500 over a perfect condition kbb valued one, without budging on price.

A very dishonest dealership, I purchased a vehicle from them thru the internet, I was in contact with them for over a week asking a lot of questions, I have purchased many vehicles over the years on the internet and never have I ever been lied to so much, looks great but mechanically a disaster, it wont even past a state inspection, motor is going bad and many electrical issues, i understand there will be a few issues but not this many.

Process was easy to purchase the car and they were very helpful with meeting at a tag place to get the title transferred. However the rear view mirror wasn't attached and cupholder was missing all of which weren't included in the pictures. More importantly the car had 14 error codes when I took it to get inspected, most of which were due to a crack in the transmission causing it to leak fluid. A learning experience for me is to try and take a code reader when going to look at a car. Even if you can't see the specifics it at least will give you a heads up.

I had just recently purchased a Mini Cooper s from them and I mean they blew my socks off with this one, love the car, would definitely shop with them again.

Deceptive advertising. Wasted 3 hours driving from out of state to see a supposedly "super clean" car and as it turns out the car was not even in half the condition their advertisement claimed it was. Owner said they were a wholesale dealer. Unless you're 10 minutes away from their place, save yourself the travel time and find another dealer.

I have not shopped for a car in over 15 years; the team at Direct Auto Sales was great. Al, Frank and Sierra were VERY helpful and patient in my car buying process.no haggling, no fluff, what you see is what you get. Communication is key; you HAVE to make an appointment, they send automated text messages confirming your arrival time. I travled there from out of state and called letting them know I was running late, they were very patient and understanding. When I arrived, the car I was interested in was out front ready for a test drive- however it was not clean. Even when I came back to purchase, it was still dirty. (my reason for only 4 stars) Do your research on extended car warranty's, I thought the package they offered was great but was over my budget.
Overall, I got a great deal! I will have the car cleaned to my satisfaction. The more I drive my Volvo XC60, the more I love this car! I highly recommend Direct Auto Sales.

Shady Dealership. Listed truck on Ebay with no reserve and I won. After a few phone calls they refused to honor the auction price demanding $2,900 more. Claimed this was not how ebay no reserve auctions work. They cancelled the auction stating it was no longer available.

Had an interesting experience with my Veloster after purchasing but the guys at Direct were there to help the whole time!

I was pretty set on the Veloster going into my car buying endeavor but we decided to check out some Mini Coopers that Direct had to try them out. Lo and behold, there was a Veloster on the lot right next to the Mini!

Albert was extremely friendly and thorough. He knew everything about every car on that lot. We took a thorough test drive of the Veloster and I was sold! Got a nice warranty on it. They were also able to work with us on the old tires that were on the car.

2 days after buying, I had an intermittent issue with a clutch actuator which unfortunately, was not covered under any of the warranties and happens to be a very expensive item. Now I want to be clear that THIS ISSUE DID NOT SHOW UP WHILE TEST DRIVING and in my opinion, could not have been detected during an inspection. But once again, Direct was extremely accommodating in resolving the situation. I can confidently say that there was no way anyone could've known about that actuator.

Frank was very empathetic and down to earth every step of the way. I'm back on the road with my new car and I'm really thankful for how things turned out!

Overall, I would recommend these guys in the future just for their sheer determination to ensure a great customer experience! Albert and Frank were really great. They also had a great selection of "out of the box" cars. Thanks guys!
