Dirks Car Wash Lawrenceville 24/7, Pittsburgh PA

Went down as I always do, but this time on Christmas Day. I had a little problem with the payment and starting the wash. Contacted the owner by text message and I received a response within 24 hours. Great service, an always clean area and a great wash.

Spent 18 dollars on a wash and is horrible. Still dirt makes all over my truck. Do not recommend

I take my sedan through the wash, it does pretty good. I use the vacuums on both cars, they work pretty good. I don't take the convertible through car washes, it has nothing to do with the car wash, I just prefer to do it at home where I can do all the detailing in one go.

After using this car wash regularly for a year had my first issue this morning where wash stopped mid cycle. Called the number given at the drive in entrance and was answered and setup remotely for another wash. All in a few minutes after my issue. Thank you!

Great car wash, if you ever have issues with your app they are very easy to reach to get it situated so you can enjoy your wash. Very easy to use the app and the wash and great prices. My cars always are fresh and very clean through the touch less wash.

I work near by and have been visiting periodically for years. Recently got monthly subscription. The touchless side is the best of 4 places I've tried, but it's still touchless and not perfect. I'd never expect touchless to be.
The soft touch side is amazing!
I use the gold wash on a full size truck.

Awful! I just paid $14 for a car wash here and it just sprayed soap on my car and then dried it off! It never rinsed off the soap! You can see it just skipped the wash cycle completely.

Great place! My car always looks fabulous after the wash! The owner is greater to deal with! Would highly recommended!

I spent $14 For the silver Wash in the touchless car wash side. There was still dirt on my car when I left. Definitely not worth $14! If my car was really dirty prior to going through I could see maybe a little dirt left behind but it wasn't.

Edit: In response to the reply from the manager. First, I didn't notice until I got home that there was still dirt all over the car. I live in Ross township therefore I wasn't driving back to Lawrenceville. Secondly, I didn't want to use the soft cloth I wanted to use touchless. Lastly, I did attempt to look for a website with contact information and found nothing. There was no website anywhere.

I do not normally write reviews, however, I have had two terrible experiences with this car wash. I am an unlimited car wash member. After the first incident I was promised to be credited for a wash due to the machine malfunctioning and did not perform the entire wash. However, I never received the credit after reaching out to the owner multiple times. After my experience yesterday, I decided to post my review. I reached out to the owner several times and sent multiple text messages with no response.

I was at the Lawrenceville touchless car wash yesterday. The customer in front of me was attempting to drive an 8’ foot truck into the wash that only has 7’ foot clearance. During his wash, there were several metal pieces that flew out of the back of his truck and didn’t allow me to enter the wash. I went into the wash from the opposite end to remove them so they didn’t damage my car (see photo below). I also left the pieces of metal on the dumpster so that it did not cause damage to anyone else’s car. By the time I was able to enter the wash, the door had closed and deducted one of my car wash credits. In order to re-enter, I had to scan my phone and used another credit. Still no response from the owner.

Great carwash at very reasonable price. The underbody will be especially handy coming into winter.

I rarely wash my car at night but found this place and the soft brush wash was marvelous for only $16 bucks. I chose the highest grade wash and it left no scratches on my pristine paint job. I'm very pleased and recommend to the public. Thanks

Great car wash - one of the few touch-less in the area. Try to go here at least once a month and it’s always been in service and worked well
