Dirty Ol' Tavern, Lancaster PA

Over 3 hours just to get food the only reason we stayed was we were there to see a band we loved

Want last night to see the screaming daisy's (which the band was great) decided to go a little early to eat since it was our first time their. Got their around 720 pm to get a table and food before the band play. I was wrong. Order our food (only 2 of us) at 740pm. Lucky someone said we could seat with them at the table. Was able to then get a table where the band was playing. Told the bartender the table number. After waiting 1 hour and 30 mins went up to the bar to say something about the food. They brought my cousin food. While she was done eating I still didn't get my food. Said something again they where working on it (it was only a cheesestake sandwich) took 15 mins after I said something it finally came. So waited closer to 2 hours for my food! And to top it off food was not good, it was cold didn't ask if I wanted ketchup. Way to much pepper on the steak. If I come back I'll make sure to eat before I go. And normally the whole table come out together for food not one at a time when it was only 2 of us.

Visited because wife's great grandfather owned it about 150 years ago. Name says it all.

Nice little place, people here is super friendly, they are open to talk to you so you can have a good time. Food is good, and the bartender, Barb, is good too, she does a good job. Totally worth it, will be coming back. I felt nice being here.

A coworker Stacey took me to see the "Screaming Daisies " we had a awesome time! Dance floor stayed packed, the singers interacted with the dancers on the floor and sitting at the tables. Great performances. Casual dress lively crowd. I will be going back there next month.

I like this place, it's usually pretty quiet. Nice old building. Their roast beef is excellent. I go here when I'm wanting a roast beef. I'm surprised it isn't an option on the recommended dishes here. That's like the main reason most people I know go there; roast beef and drinks.

Drink prices are above average to fairly expensive for what you get. So I rarely drink here anymore.

Ive never eaten here, but ive been there with people who have and the food looks amd smells good. The atmosphere is what i like about the place. The drinks are reasonably priced, and theres even a room they use for live music with plenty of seating and room to dance. Great little place to relax with rhings going on through the week. Check it out, you'll have a good time.

Service was a little slow, but with only one bartender working her heart out. I can't blame her one bit. Wing sauce was good.the wings were small but meaty.motz sticks were on par.look forward to trying more of menue in the future.will return!

Didn't have food but had lots of beer. Contrary to the name, this place is pretty clean!

I am the traveler. This is your everyday local tavern. So happy I stop by. Pricing is awesome. Locals are super cool. Chilli is stupid good with just the right amount of heat. Monday dollar taco and they are fantastic. Karaoke Tuesday had a blast dj does a great job for such a small place. Highly recommend if in the area. Thank you dirty ol’ tavern I really enjoyed myself. For my followers if you did not know I am a karaoke guy too.

Live music, spacious and historic establishment, friendly service and people who own it, and great food/prices!

It's a really nice place. A lot bigger on the inside than I expected. There were 2 ladies working, I don't recall their names, but they were really nice. I would go back.

Best bar, I've been to in a long time! My aunts and I enjoyed ourselves after our concert. Drinks and food ️️️️️ Bartender excellent drinks!

We are new to the area and looking for a dive bar, somewhere with an interesting vibe and cheap beer. We found it at Dirty Ol Tavern and have been back. Ray is amazing, so friendly, on top of it at the bar even if she has a full bar. The people are interesting, a mix of all different people (ages, lifestyles, etc).

To all my fellow karaoke enthusiasts. The set up is not the best, the vibe is alright. Supportive but not very lively. No stage, no really specific area to sing. It’s very awkward. But the service is good.

The dance floor is nice and spacious looks like a disco floor but the floor is so hard on the feet

Enjoyed the Guber Ball on Saturday! Great place to meet old friends and have a good time! Recommend!
