It's pretty sad if they can not even answer the question. I wanted to know the reward balance. I was told it is on the statement, OH Realy! The Stmt is ready. The minimum balance is on there, but the reward balance is not.
Their minimum balance rate is getting higher and higher.
My VISA from Wells Fargo has an excellent rate compared to Discover.
Signing up online for a new account was super easy and fast! Mobile banking is awesome with them. I love that my money stays in our community and helps my neighbors and local charities. The staff is helpful and kind. Recommend!
