Driver of truck on Berwick route Wed 12/28/22. Speeding, intimidating passenger vehicles, passing in no passing zone. DOT should keep an eye on these idiots.

Terrible servive. Never know what day they will pick up if they even pick it up that week.

Price tripled in a 4 year period. Multiple times they did not pick up and left our restaurant with an overflowing dumpster.

This is the worst company on the face of this planet. The costumer service is absolutely horrendous. The people are nothing but rude disrespectful and unwilling to resolve the simplest of issues. And even when it seems like you’ve come to a reasonable solution they prolong it even further. If you are thinking about using DMS. DON’T

Horrible people who lie like it's a sport and they want to be the all time champions.they implement every angle to rip you off. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Dumpster was delivered on time. Cost was 3 times higher than a company we usually use. Sadly they could not get us a Dumpster in time so we went with DMS. The Dumpster was also much smaller than the other company. DMS never called us to ask of we wished to purchase more days, and they took the Dumpster a day early. When I called the company they were rude and hung up on me. Never again. Use Renns they are way cheaper for a bigger Dumpster

Never do business with this company. They can never pick your can up on time. Always 3 days late and by the time your monthly time is done you only get half what you pay for. Not a good business company

It's a transfer station and recycling. Quick and convenient access and a great smiling (99% of the time at least) staff members.personally I don't know how they can with the "aroma" constantly assaulting your nose. Keep up the good work!

GO WITH ANY OTHER COMPANY BUT THEM.

LYNN at DMS is disrespectful, unprofessional, and refuses to resolve an issue with regard to a commercial dumpster that ANDY set up with me. KEN is supposedly "in charge" of this company, in some capacity, and he's "on vacation. ".

I've been trying to resolve a billing error that occurred as soon as I set up the account, and it's been A YEAR.

When I finally got to speak to ANDY (after trying to reach him for 11 months), he acknowledged the arrangement he made but now says he WON'T HONOR IT.

Then they blame me for having an "inactive account" for so long, like it's a game.

Unless KEN can resolve this matter to my *complete satisfaction, * I have to rate this company ZERO STARS, as they are about as unprofessional as they come. (and I've dealt with a lot of poorly run businesses over the years).

Unfortunately, companies like this give "small business" a bad name.

$300 for a dumpster that wasn't even halfway filled, came and took it even though I called and said I wanted to keep it longer and asked how much it was to keep it I'd pay cash right there, they still took it and the woman on the phone said I would have to call to let them know I wanted to keep it- which I was doing. By the time I got off the phone the dumpster was gone, no one even called to say they were taking it nor did the woman on the phone say that as I was asking her to keep it longer.

Unreliable and terrible customer service. I paid for every other week dumpster service but that is not what I received. When I’d call to see when they were coming, they’d often say they were already there which was not true. Management was unresponsive. It was very difficult to deal with DMS.

As far as price, they are very reasonable as long as you are the one hauling your trash in. Otherwise they are a nightmare to deal with for trash (dumpster) removal, they are rude if you call to see why they did not show up, which is way too often. The weigh master is very nice and is the only professional worker there, the rest are.

It goes down in the DMs, Great company and always on time, Employee there named Tyler very kind and helpful he is a professional and is always smiling with good vibes he takes his job serious.

Horrible company. If I could rate 0 stars I would.
They do not show up or complete contracted service. They lie and tell us they will service and then make up an excuse for why they don't service. When you ask them about it, they tell you to get over it or find someone else.

This is completely unacceptable, and absolutely NOT the way to run a reputable business. Will be replacing.
