Chuck just spent hours cleaning my house's exterior, and it looks wonderful. Parts are clean that I doubted would ever be clean again. But he didn't stop there. He noticed that the one gutter was hanging loose and asked if it would be OK if he nailed it up so that water wouldn't keep cascading over and just get everything dirty and moldy again. While he was there, he cleaned out the plants growing in it and flushed it out. I also appreciated that he said he wouldn't clean the roof, which is quite unsightly with lichen, until he actually got up there and checked it out. When he did, he said he wouldn't be able to clean it since the shingles were only held on there anymore by the tar. At least I think that was the issue - everything was just too unstable. Another company just pulled up my house on maps, which was at least a 12 year old photo, and gave me a roof estimate, too. Chuck actually came to the house to do the estimate. I really appreciate his careful, hard work, honesty, and general going above and beyond.
My house looked AMAZING after Chuck's service - the pergola and deck look brand new and I didn't think it was possible to get the soffit as clean as he did. His meticulous work is top notch and I will definitely call him again for the next cleaning. I couldn't be more pleased!
