This was my 2nd time ordering promotional products with DJB Specialties. When I initially placed my order, I was contacted directly within the hour by a company rep, just as the website says will happen! Unfortunately, the product I had ordered had a longer than normal production/shipping time so Marc worked diligently over the next couple days to find a suitable replacement product that would arrive much quicker and not double the price of my order as I was on a budget. And the product we settled on arrived a week ahead of schedule! Will definitely order more products in the future.
