I'm proud to be a tenant at Charles town south (live) apartments in Augusta, GA. DLP management does a terrific Job making sure tenants like myself are comfortable. I love my town house that is newly renovated with hardwood floors. Its a very pleasant place to reside and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Management is Horrible over here at Bellemont Victoria two in Baton Rouge Louisiana when put in a work order you never know when it’s going to get done because it definitely is not done in a timely manner

Will not be leasing with them again. They had utilities so messed up our electricity got shut off instead of our neighbors and ruined a fridge full of food. It took the cable guy two visits to sort out the hook up. We were not the first tenants in the building. Showed up on multiple occasions with no notice, did not knock, they unlocked the door and just walked in. Not nearly enough trash disposal for the building always piled up near entrance, which developed a permanent smell. Staff was in general rude once the lease was signed. During the last couple months of the lease, they had a notice about not paying the taxes on the building be rented.

Great management, great leadership and direction. Great training, Great Job Work/Life Balance. DLP's continued growth and sustainability can not be compared to by any other organization in the industry. I have been employed with DLP for a little over a year and it has been THE BEST YEAR AND 5 MONTHS of my entire 20 year Property Management Career. Before I moved in, I read several discouraging reviews but I went forward with my decision to move into The Views at Longcreek. Needless to say, everything I read was true. The buildings are filthy (common areas), maintenance is basically ZERO help and since DLP has purchased the property, the accounts are not correct. I have told I owe a pet deposit that I paid before I moved in and have been paying my pet rent faithfully since I moved in (why would I pay pet rent for a pet I don't have?). This place needs a serious overhaul. Though I love my apartment, I HATE the property.
