We purchased our first copier ack in Spring 2022. We are very happy with the copier performance as well as the response time when we have needed service, which has not been very often. We added a 2nd copier this spring and went with Doceo for that copier as well and have been very happy. Will definitely continue using them in the future.

We couldn't be happier with Doceo! The copier is great and the customer service is exceptional. Brian and his team really go above and beyond. Recently our copier needed a new part and it just happened to be during a time when we need to make thousands of copies for our Chamber newsletter. Brian made sure a tech was at our location within 24 hours and even printed the copies we needed in the meantime. Our problem really became their problem!
