What a lovely place with the most wonderful and friendly staff. Every time I pick up my pups they are even cuter looking. Marcelo is the best man show with his magical scissors. I appreciate all the hard work this place provides and if you haven’t been don’t waste your time any longer bring your pet for the best grooming in Pittsburgh. They are on the pricey side but worth every $

Thankfully a friend tipped us off to Claws n Paws, and we (and Lucy too!) could not be happier. Everyone there is gentle and compassionate with our girl, who was a little nervous at first, and while I still don't think she's entirely comfortable with the whole experience, Lucy does very well under their care. Marcelo and the claws n Paws team is accommodating, friendly, and experienced, and Lucy comes out looking great. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

I boarded my dog in Dogtopia over three nights to find him with a significant wound on his nose. I brought this to their attention, and they simply responded that injuries could occur during boarding. What more can I say since it's written in their agreement.

However, I am more concerned about what happens behind the scene. I've noticed aggressive behavior in my dog when I move my feet anywhere near him.

Disappointing customer service and not friendly. Not helpful at all when asking about advice for someone visiting from out of town needing pup-care.

This place is dirty and they do not care for your dogs how you think they do! They have mice in their facility and its BAD. The mice are even eating the dogs food that’s out overnight contaminating everything and getting the dogs sick. My dog will never be going back where she suffered from eye infections and horrible diarrhea. The room with the big dogs has no cold water only warm/hot water so that means they are drinking hot water.

The lady on phone was so unwilling and unhelpful its ridiculous! I feel once she recognized my voice as African American there was instantly some apprehension and whats crazy is I conduct myself as a professional everywhere I go (it’s how I was raised) and especially over the phone! We really need less hate in this world or should I say this country
