Pleasure to work with Bob and Andrew, they were able to install approx. 700 feet of buried wire in a very short period.
Its been 2 weeks since the install and our dog (Bandit) hasn't crossed the line yet.

Very easy company to work with and great service. We bought a house that already had an existing DogWatch fence but the previous owners cut the wire in the yard and never had it fixed. DogWatch came and had everything up and running in no time, reflagged the yard, had a new collar for our dog and reviewed how the system worked with us. When we got another dog they came out to reflag the yard and got us hooked up with another collar. I actually saved the flags from the last time. We reused those and they waved the small fee for the flags. Would definitely recommend using DogWatch! You can tell they are dog people and truly care about the service they provide and the dogs they are protecting.

Locally owned business, very friendly, trustworthy and helpful. They came and installed the fence in about an hour and showed us how to use and train the dog. They even responded to a phone call within days after install and a follow up call a week later. Customer service is great and product is top Quality. I feel safe knowing my dog is contained in the yard and it was installed by professionals.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Family owned business, very professional, answers emails
and phone calls very quickly. Not only were they excellent during the install and showing us how to train our dogs, but they've been there every time we've had a question, needed a new collar and flags for a new dog, needed to replace a collar that had been ruined. They are always there to help. I've entrusted this company with my three dogs and you should too.

Amazing customer service, amazing product. Bob installed our system for our 70 lb dog a few years ago. Recently, after a skunk spray and the deep cleansing afterward, the receiver on our dog's collar stopped working. Fully prepared to pay the money for a brand new one, I called Bob explaining it to him. He said that we don't have to buy a new one, that the old one is still under warranty (I had no idea!). Honesty goes super appreciated. Happy to be a longtime customer and couldn't recommend the company any higher.

Bob and Andrew are so responsive, polite and helpful. I had the fence installed over two years ago and it has been completely reliable ever since. I had one issue with a collar after years of use and Bob and Andrew replaced it immediately at no cost. They provide a rare level of service that you just don’t see anymore!

DogWatch was amazing to work with. Bob provided a consult and Andrew installed our system and helped train our 8-year old lab who has never had an electric fence before. We couldn't be happier with the system and the service provided by this family. Very highly recommend!

Wasn't really happy with the quality of the installation, like the last reviewer said, they drilled sloppily through the wall, I believe just missing the main 220 that comes into the house, lots of exposed wire.didn't feel the installer was very professional.

Be very careful with this company. They just drill into walls and do not check to see what's behind there. At installation they drill through my gas meter and today found out they had screwed through a plumbing line behind wall and when screw feel out, water leaked everywhere causing Mold.
Update: After speaking with Bob, he agreed to cover the cost of my plumbing repair for their mistake. His response was very quick and handled professionally and to my satisfaction.

We recently just got an underground fence installed by Dogwatch and it is everything we expected and more! We definitely recommend the smart fence option, getting a text alert reminder that the collar battery is running low will be a handy reminder since they last for around 2 years. Thanks Bob and Andrew for all of your help, Daisy loves it!

Bob and Andrew are wonderful. The fence has been so helpful, well worth the investment, and anytime I need anything, I call and receive help immediately. Have had my fence almost 10 years and would definitely recommend these guys!

My husband and I are so pleased with our purchase of the underground dog fence from DogWatch of Susquehanna Valley, Inc. We are happy with the service we received from Bob and Andrew they are very professional and friendly. After we decided to go with DogWatch they came out two or three days later to install the fence. Explained everything we needed to know and train our dog. The nice thing is everything has a life time warranty.

Was considering a wooden fence but realized it is much more affordable to go with an electric fence. Bob and company do a great job ensuring a safe and reliable system so my dog doesn't do ridiculous things to my neighbors yard anymore.

We had our fence system installed 13 years ago! Never any issues with the fence. The on going customer support is awesome when I am in need of batteries or new collars. If we cut our line when digging (like last week) Bob and his team come out quickly to fix it up. We have always had great customer service!
