7 App does not work reliably; this location’s ATM has not been working on multiple occasions I’ve attempted to use it.
Failed to update their phone system to reflect adjusted pandemic hours and operations to clearly reflect operations when last I checked.
There have been multiple instances where accessing my account online or via their app fails and is quite frustrating.
So many random fees, app always crashes and their ATM is constantly down. There are also not enough convenient banks around. Makes it hard to deposit money when the 1 atm around is down.
Update: app, text banking and online banking have been down all day. This is absolutely ridiculous. Dollar bank is awful
The worst branch I’ve ever been in it. The manager is the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to. He would not even take the time out to help when I had questions on my mortgage. Talks over you and treats you with no respect.
Sad this is the only branch in butler area.
I’ll never be going back in after today’s experience. Some people just shouldn’t be in customer service.
The fees are a little ridiculous. And if you can't make it to the physical building to take care of a fee, expect to pay an extra fee in order to pay off the original fee. Otherwise, it's a pretty standard bank, though the website and mobile app are behind the times.
Had issues with my adult s.n. Son's account, called 800 number. They said they would forward to branch manager to take care of but it was never taken care of. Stopped in and spoke to shift manager I believe she said she was. I explained the issue, said we were going to switch banks if it couldn't be handled properly. That we weren't happy with they way it wasn't handled. Her response was "you go ahead and take your ONE account else where. " I corrected her that our 3 accounts would be leaving and I left. I couldn't imagine treating a customer of 25+ yrs that way. We took 2 of our 3 accounts elsewhere and the last one isnt far behind. No love loss from me! I hated not having a drive through and having to walk up to an ATM at 4 in the morning not to mention the app never works. The ONLY reason I gave 2 stars is for the wonderful tellers they have. My son always enjoyed going in bc they were so kind and patient with him as he learned to use his account. PNC however was very helpful in reassuring me that my Special Needs son wouldn't be charged a $36 fee for a. 73 cent math mistake.
Been with them for years and never had a bad experience. Customer service is usually quick and helpful.
Been with this bank for 5 years+ Pleased with most everything. They always seem to have great bank managers Eric is very nice and helpful. Not really had a bad experience here that's why I still bank here. They treat you like it's your money not there's, unlike some other Banks
