3When I first started coming to this bank with a check from my work I was extremely bothered that they wouldn't cash it unless I opened an account and it would still take days. So I decided to just do so and wait. Since then they have become my favorite banking institution especially because they are small and feel community oriented. I know the teller's name as well as the guard and they are always friendly and kind.
Only customer in bank, 2 tellers in bank, they were rude, unwelcoming. Seemed like a big bother. Banking there for 50 years. I have many friends who feel the same! No smiles. SMH
Very bad experience with Ross. I hope that's his name. He had blond kind of spiky hair. He was asked by a teller to help and he said nothing but slumped his shoulders and gave us the rudest stare. And never helped. I was shocked. I have banked here for over 20 years and have never been treated so poorly or felt so unwelcomed.
