Dollar General, Philadelphia PA

The staff is not helpful, they work there and claim to have no knowledge on what's on clearance or on sale also the shelves are never stocked and it's not because the store is crowded because I go on Sundays and it's rarely any shopper's just staff with bad attitudes

As many times as I have seen large tractor trailers of deliveries to this store it NEVER has stocked shelves! Are you kidding us, Dollar Store. Where do they not have fully stocked shelves and everyday household needs of basic items at? This store.
It's pitiful. Community Support? I'd rather go out of the community to go to a well stocked Dollar Store, thank you very much. Not in this hood. That's all you got?
The other day I witnessed a man walk right out the door with a huge bag of dog food because he got tired of waiting for someone to check him out.
Someone finally came after he got in his car and left.
One person for floor and cashier? Ok.

Lol. So i walked in about 2 months ago left my jersey sitting on the counter paying for my stuff and accidentally left it in the store i realized it the next day i goes back in there to see if they put it up for me y it was on the rack for sale i was dyin i couldnt get mad yall a good store keep up the good work

This location is horrible. The customer service experience is horrible and staff. They are also ever open for business. I don’t understand how you can see them in the build and no one opens the door or answers the phone. Poor customer service!

Rude cashier who doesn't greet and has conversation with other customers while checking another customer out. Bags items but doesn't hand them to you, very rude. Also shelves are never fully stocked. Not a fan of this Dollar General, very low class.

This store didn't have a lot of items that I was looking for on The shelves when I went there. The cashiers were cool and was very knowledgeable about me using my coupons.

Store was fully stocked with a variety of merchandise. Cashiers were friendly & helpful. Prices were reasonable. Masks was being worn, social Distancing was being kept, although there was not as hand satirizing made available to customers.

The shelves need to be restocked and organized. Good garden selection.

I absolutely love this store but I just wish Upper management the better pride into this place! If Upper management will take the time and properly set up the stores and equip them with a great staff, etc this store will for sure be the bomb. It only appears that the inner city stores are messy, but I get it. It's only so much they can do. Upper Management please take and make better choices for your stores. You definitely have a good thing, but disorganized management leads to an disorganized team and store!

Obviously the prices are reasonable, good parking. However I gave a 4 star instead of 5 because there was only 1 cashier and the store was full of ppl

I visited this location a few times. I have to say the store is clean and well organized. The staff and very nice and helpful.

Always cluttered! With merchandise.
Never stocked for basic needs such as toiletries and soup and paper towels as well as toilet paper. People are friendly. Employees are GOOD! BUT it seems they can't open all inventory because of HIGH CRIME AND STEALING. I THINK THEY SHOULD DOUBLE UP SECURITY.

Love this Dollar General they always have plenty of things to purchase in there it's always pretty clean I've never noticed a really dirty dirty or messy and the people are pretty helpful and kind keep up the good work guys
