Dollar General, Easton PA

Staff is freaking rude, they need to train their staff on their customer service skills. I won’t ever go there again or allow my mom and daughter to buy from this store ever again and the only reason is because I’m too grown to catch a case for slapping some sense into one of these females. Ratchet/ghetto people work there.

The prices are great. It's just that every time I go to this location it seems to be such negative energy coming from the employees. Today I walked into the store and the employee was having an extremely negative conversation with someone. Not even working but in the way with bad energy. I figured f@! # it and left. I don't plan on coming back. Family dollar from now on.

Love this place the two ladies and the manager are always awesome come here a lot thanks for making my shopping experience wonderful

A good place to go deer a lots of people take it on the ball and what I'm saying get on the ball with me take it to work and get take care of people

Small store tons of reasonably priced stuff from toys to food! They are doing their best to keep the store clean and everyone is taking social distancing serious and making everyone wear a mask

What can I say, it's a dollar store. I needed underwear they had them, I needed sockstuey had them. Reasonable priced, but the workers are kind and terrific

The staff isn't that friendly. The employees never appear to get time off. There's only one person working in the store. They're never around when you're at the register. They change the store hours open to 9 am without any warning. Very unprofessional service.

The employee's at this store are the most curious, helpful and friendlious that I have ever had. The 2 young men are absolutely an asset to that's DG on Butler St in Easton PA.as well as the ladies. Great team work amongst the entire crew!

I had a pleasant experience here and recently forgot a bag of items that I had just purchased here. The staff of Shanika and David noticed the bag and placed it in a secure place because there was items of note and didn't want to just hand over my bag to just anyone. I would like to thank them again as they will see more of me and my family's patronage to such a fine establishment. Keep up the good honest work

Always a pleasure shopping at the dollar general they always have what you need at the lowest price and if they don't believe someone there will go into the back and look for it for you

Good store to run in and grab a couple needed items. Store could be a little cleaner and parking is tough to find at certain times.

It's a one stop, quick, has mostly everything I need on a day to day basis. I know the store by heart and can find things easily.

Friendly, helpful employees. The assistant manager (as of July 2020) is very nice and professional and Emily (I believe that's her name) helped me find something I've been waiting for a few weeks for.

Dollar general has been a life saver during this Covid-19 crisis! They have stayed well stocked with everything and they are making sure everyone is wearing a mask and making people stand further away from each other and there is only a certain amount of people allowed in the store at once

Employees there always say goodmorning when walking through the door.they always have there shelves stocked.
