Slow loading and they not allow you wait there parking lot for appointment they take you for on time only

Miserable place arrived at 10: 30 with a load to drop. Guard told me to go park with the other trucks and walk my paperwork back up to him that was the first red flag then he tells me its a live unload and I was supposed to be there at 6 am. News to me but he says they will still take u just later work in. The phone calls begin to dispatch, the broker, everyone I can call to figure out what happened but of course nobody has any answers on a Sunday so after about 3 hours of waiting I call dispatch and tell them im leaving going back to shipper which I do.

CAUTION! Pls truck drivers don't take a job from store (dollar general). My pick up time was 8am deporture time was 9.30am.i waited 5 hour after deporture time.

Very nice place my appointment time was 07/29/20 @8am I went there 07/28/20 @ 4pm and they unloaded me right way

There is a short girl at the guard house, very rude, she has an attitude size of an Elephant but she has a size of a deer, be nice to people

While I like being able to run into a DG to pickup some stuff, I hate general freight! LTL or specialty is where its at. This was a Backhaul for me to get back up here. I 'm 38 miles now from my load for the coming week.make the deliveries and go home. No 3 weeks for 2 1/2 days at home, no losing money and time at places like this. Did it briefly when I started trucking and hope I never have to go back to it. It may be different for O/O IDK but as a company driver it aint worth.

Delivered a load with a 5am appt. Arrived at 4am. Received dock at 430am. Completed by 630am. Lumper fee wasnt much and they accept Comdata and T checks.

No overnight parking. Come a hour before your appointment. Once in a door and locked in it take about an hour. I got a door by 930 got out of there by 1130 so not bad.

I’ve never had a bad experience as a driver. From the security staff to the man who informs you that your done; always courteous and professional. The only thing I don’t like is sometimes they are slow (take too long) to unload trailers!

If you not there for app. Time they will not see u they don't care if driver have truck problem or weather bad

Had to switch doors 2x.but other than that pretty straight forward.

No overnight parking but Valero station 1.2 miles away. Don’t park on roads near dc you will get a ticket.

Deliered here. App 5am arrived 4am, got doxk 4: 30am. Started offloading 5am and was done and lumper paid bt 6am. Clorox was commodity so product was easy to handle for lumpers.

No designated overnight parking, arrived evening before was told no parking on property. Evening guard wast so nice, maybe tired

Cancel load if u booked delivery to this place! My driver 2 min late, they don't take him to unloaded. Avoid this place! Broker US Xpress, do not respond to my calls and emails to help me out with this situation.

They couldn't find my appointment number. I was here for hours than you have to pay for lumpers when freight is already in pallets. Some of the staff was rude.

The worst place I have ever been to. The guards are extremely rude and condescending. Waited 6 hours to get unloaded with an appointment. Stay away if you are a trucker!

Very sweet security gal, understanding folks, i was very late due to mechanical troubles, got a door in just a few minutes, great people.

In my anti-rating this warehouse will occupy the “honorable” first place.more boorish and non-professional attitude I have not met from one to the other shore.

I wish this place to burn to the ground
Drivers if you have a load for this place just cancel it before you are loaded

There were 3 trucks all night and im 4 hours on dock and still on

Place looks like they could allow drivers to break there. But too many nasty people in this industry
