Dollar Tree, West Mifflin PA

I frequent this location almost everyday for a quick lunch break snack, before going back to work. This location is one of the hardest Dollar Tree locations to shop. As seen in my pictures (and I didn’t even post all of the ones I took) the store is a clustered disaster. It, unfortunately, looks like this 24/7; never recovered and never vacuumed with trash laying all over the floors. The staff (cashiers) here is incredibly nice, although often pretty chatty with each customer which results in very long wait times and long lines going about 50% back into the store, and that’s with two lanes open. The store has a lot of potential, but closing it for a day to hardcore recover and vacuum is VERY much needed and definitely wouldn’t hurt.

Store is filthy, disorganized and uneven stock amounts. Far to many of one item and nothing of some others. 1 register open with a line down the aisle. You're destroying your own business.

Upset with the price increase from $1.00 - $1.25 per item. Does the corporate office plan to change all their storefront signs to
$ONE-TWENTY-FIVECENTTREE

This is a branch of the "truest" dollar store. I love that they have all the holiday in the front and that most of the stores are set up the same. I was looking for a black bow/ribbon, but they didn't have any. They did have black & white stripe, which I may go back for. It's a decent store, typical of the brand.

I needed some extra fill in flowers for a craft project, there were so many beautiful choices it took quite a while to pick the perfect ones. Staff is always very nice.

The store was very busy, and the checkout lines were long, but the employees worked efficiently.

The store was dirty, trash on the floor. Shelves had a lot of empty spaces. Long lines at the checkout.

I like the dollar tree for so many reasons. It's the only place where I'll try new things, because if I like them great, but if I don't, then it's only a dollar.

Dollar Tree had what I wanted, went a hour before closing and no line this time. Staff was friendly this visit.

Picked up mostly what we needed, fast friendly service. With pandemic going on shelves seemed empty in spots.

Dollar Tree is the best dollar store of all time! Everything you would need is there and you don't have to spend an arm and a leg for over priced items like dollar general or family dollar.

The facility was maintained by TRACI, and she cared for all my requests. The experience was outstanding and she is a tribute to the West mifflin store. Because of her professional approach I will do ALL my shopping with TRACI. Benjamin Franklin

Got to this store shortly after they opened for the day & it was a complete pig sty! Trash & pieces of packaging all over the floor.

Shelves are usually not stocked! The staff is not the most pleasant. However if your looking for a few quick things and need to hurry and get them this is the place to go. Can’t beat any store where everything is $1. Thank you for reading my review I hope it helps. Please like!
