RUDE OWNER & CASHIER. TREATS GUEST/KIDS AS A THIEF & TROUBLEMAKER.

For anyone who especially comes with KIDS, please beware cause the owner seems like DON'T LIKE KIDS and TREATS GUEST LIKE A THIEF ESPECIALLY GUEST COMES WITH KIDS.
HE WILL FOLLOW BEHIND THE GUEST & THEIR KIDS, ASSUMED THAT THE GUEST IS A THIEF & ALSO THE KID IS A THIEF & TROUBLEMAKER.
Maybe his things have been stolen or broken by some guests or kids but he is still WRONG ASSUMING ALL GUESTS & KIDS ARE SAME & TREAT ALL OF THEM WILL STEAL OR BREAK HIS THINGS.

Actually we don't like to visit this store since the middle of last year because the OWNER is RUDE and TREATS GUEST LIKE A THIEF, following guests behind everywhere, that is why I rarely visit it then and always ask my son to follow me behind and always said to my son to not touch the things over there.
Today, WHEN WE JUST ARRIVED, the OWNER DIRECTLY ACCUSED MY 9yo SON for breaking his things & the CASHIER with CONFIDENT WITHOUT PROOF & THINKS CLEARLY, accusing my 9yo son for breaking the things that in front of her about 20-21 MINUTES AGO TODAY, after I confront her, she CHANGES HER STATEMENT ACCUSING SOMEONE ELSE BY SAYING ACTUALLY IS MY SON'S FRIEND WHICH IS WEARING A YELLOW JACKET (my son wearing a red jacket). I confront her that I am always with him since I picked him up from school and none of his friends are with us. & WHEN MY SON REJECT ALL HER STATEMENT, SHE SAID THAT MY SON STILL DARE TO LYING COME HERE WITH YOUR FRIEND & CLAIMED THAT THIS STORE HAS CCTV BUT DON'T WANT TO REWIND IT & COMPARE THE FACE BETWEEN OF REAL PERPETRATOR & MY SON WHEN I ASKED HER TO REWIND IT.
The ridiculous thing, in fact TODAY WE JUST ARRIVED. WE or My SON ALONE WITH HIS FRIEND NEVER COME BEFORE. I never bring his friend and I NEVER LET MY SON GO OUT ALONE AND TODAY WE'RE GOING EVERYWHERE TOGETHER SINCE I PICK HIM UP FROM SCHOOL. OMG ALL OF YOU ARE ADULT "THINK THIS WITH YOUR LOGIC! "
SO I SURE THIS OWNER & CASHIER MAKE A MISRECOGNIZED THE FACE SO THEY ARE NOT DARE TO REWIND THE CCTV TO MAKE SURE THIS. NOT BECAUSE YOU DINT HAVE SOMEONE TO BLAME, YOU CAN PICK IN GUILTY PERSON RANDOMLY. CAN YOU IMAGINE IF THIS HAPPENS TO YOU, YOUR KIDS OR FAMILY?
I DON'T LIKE THE OWNER KEEPS ASSUMED MY SON DID IT & ITS ONLY 1 (one) DOLLAR SO DON'T NEED TO PAY. I CHOOSE TO PAID FOR SOMEONE'S FALSE CAUSE SOMEHOW IT HURTS ME ALTHOUGH MY SON DIDN'T DO IT.
I CONFRONT THIS BECAUSE MAD CAUSE THE OWNER & CASHIER ACCUSED MY SON WITHOUT A PROOF FOR SOMETHING HE DIDN'T DO.
WE WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS STORE.
I just saw HOW BAD THIS STORE SCORE FROM MOST REVIEWS and regretted visiting this store without seeing the review before but it's TRUE IF THEY ARE RUDE AND THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THEM. MONEY CAN BUY ANYTHING BUT CAN'T BUY ATTITUDE.

The guy that check bags at the door is disrespectful and a nasty attitude Need to check it out.

If this is the one on broad and McKean then at first it was not a great place but as they got to know me in realized that I am not one of the thieves that walk in they realized that I spend money in there and that I'm a good customer and I'm very honest now when I walk in they don't answer my school bag because they know that I am going to be in and out once I grab everything I need and I pay for it every penny so now they're very kind and nice to me and they don't have a problem with me but you could see when one of the people come in that steal you can tell

Honestly I love this place. They have great deals on housewares and every day goods and also have a great selection of fun random stuff. I also love their selection of hair accessories. It's the best place to get all sorts of cute scrunchies and clips!

Everything you could think of, need, or want for yourself or your home, all under 1 roof. Amazing prices and overwhelming variety of merchandise to choose from. Friendly staff too!

This store use to be reasonably priced not anymore. Just use for convenience not prices.
