Domino's Pizza, Emmaus PA

The manager is honestly the rudest person I met. Not my fault you either make the pizza wrong or burn them. Makes you buy two pizzas before you get the credit for one made wrong in the past get home. And pizza is still wrong.

Called in and the whole order was messed up then have the audacity to charge me for the item not put in the order trying to over charge people will never come here again.

I've only ever ordered online, and dealt with the drivers, who are always awesome, but today there was an issue with my order, and not only one but two, of their in house staff, are some of the rudest people I've ever dealt with. On principal, I will never order from this location again. No wonder they're hiring. They need to restaff.

The spot is fantastic and spacious, the meals was enchanting and the prices were very reasonable.quickly, effective service and very attentive waiters. I highly recommend this place.

For a big chain, I don't often have high expectations, but this location is great. Super speedy. I order probably 2x a month at least because they put out good quality, deliver fast, and their employees are all very nice.

They never called for the delivery. Took the order back to the store and canceled the order. We waited over an hour after our order was placed and called them. They wanted us to wait another 30 to 45 minutes to get it delivered so we went to go pick it up. When we arrived.the delivery driver wasn't very pleasant. The manager came out and he was really nice about the situation. I've never had a problem like this before and I been ordering from there since 2017.

The Best Dominos Pizza location. I been a customer since 2015. Order from there all the time. Online ordering is wonderful

I had a really bad experience today. I haven't been to Dominos for about a year (love them though) and thought this would be the perfect time to get the family some pizza with the 50% off deal. Ordered two large pizzas online. A few minutes later the tracker went to "prep". Shortly after I got a call from the store saying that they are working on a 25-pizza order and the would not be able to make mine for about an hour and half. I was completely stunned. Do they only make one order (customer) at a time? If its an hour and half wait now, what about the customers ordering after me? I kinda wonder if there is something else going on or does this happen? Can't two customers be worked on at the same time?

It never fails that they get the order wrong or they charge me and then never show up with my food. It’s has happened so many times it’s ridiculous

I have never had an issue always deliver on a time, though your pasta could use more sauce everything else is fine, lol.

They are always courteous and kind. The food is all delicious and made just right. We wouldn't give up this staff ever? LOVE DOMINO'S PIZZA!

Customer service is really bad someone messed up my order and tried arguing with me telling me that’s what I order when the receipt on the box said what I ordered Then gave me a attitude and hung the phone up on my face tellin me its goin to be an hour for them to bring me the right order

Our pizza was so fresh and hot it actually burnt my mouth this is a compliment to the fullest. Everyone knows delivery is iffy. But i literally recieved a pizza so fresh that it was hit enough to burn my mouth. This in itself is a huge feat. Bravo dominios in emmaus you did it right

Always closed way before the closing time.i would try to place an order online for delivery around 8: 30 and the store wouldn’t be open.

Horrible customer service, I ordered pizza for my children while I was running late from work, had to call to order twice, then after an hour of waiting I get a call asking if I had placed an order from my phone, after confirming with them and then saying they will deliver within 40 more minutes, we waited 45 minutes and when I called again the lady on the phone claimed her driver had called my cell phone twice, mind you the only call I got was when they called to ask of I had ordered. I told them I had 0 missed calls and they rudely said they “sure did”. I will never order from them again, this new crew sucks.

The food is your standard domino's food, it's pretty good and all that so it's not a disappointment.one thing i would like to note is that the drivers never get my address right and it's a total pain.aside from that, it's good.

Second time now order was messed up. One pizza was not even fully cooked. Hard to follow directions i guess.

Always order from this dominoes but my last experience was horrible, i ordered pizza for my wife and kids while i was at work, the tracker said the pizza had arrived i instructed that they’d call her phone number and the driver never did, so after an hour of waiting to figure out what was going on i called the store and spoke to some man with an attitude who had no idea what to do about the situation in the background i could hear a woman saying f*** him not our fault they didnt pick up, not one time did anyone appologize for the inconvience honestly would never order dominoes again because of this but my wife doesnt like anything else so im forced to bite the bullet, a simple sorry goes a long way.
