Domino's Pizza, Whitehall PA

They burnt my food, got my order wrong and then refused to answer the phone or give me my money back this store is extremely unprofessional and rude, will NEVER BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!

I went there today to buy a salad i wait 20 min not body show up and i order it online and still not body show up after a girl coming i think she going to star her schedule and i told her, is incredible and they give me not napkins the chickens was cold disgusting service omg terrible

I called the store and they answered by saying they were the Domino's on Mickley. I waited an hour and they canceled my order through text while my phone was on vibrate. When I called again they denied that I ever called there and said that another store was supposed to take care of the order.

You either get the job done or you don't and they did not.

Since they added the store in Walmart, you cannot order delivery during the day and get it. The website forces you to use the Walmart location who also happens to be ran by kids. They don't call to let you know they don't deliver, make the food and let it sit til you call. Makes no sense, a shame cause dominos has a bunch of stuff I can get on the weekends but gotta order else where.

I only order carryout/drive-up but the pizza is always made perfectly, tastes great, and brought out right away. The employees and manager treat me well. I recommend this store.

Regular cheese pizza had the texture and taste of day old pizza. There's no way this was made fresh.

This is supposed to be chicken bite with bacon and it looks horrible plus driver didn’t bring my sauce

If I could give a 10th of a star I would. I called the phone number placed an order for a medium thin crust gave the address etc etc hour and a half later I called cuz I'm like where is this they told me it would be 25 minutes then when I got an actual person on the line he said no you did not order from us and hung up on me this is the rudest most unbelievable excuse I have ever heard of in the world for a service place

It was my 4th time ordering from this place! And the 4 times waiting for more than 2 hours. On the app it was saying 1 hour and 15 minutes. When I called to see what happened with my order after an hour and a half the guy told me that it wasn't even started. When I told him to cancel my order he was so rude but very lucky that he was speaking to me by the phone and not in person, otherwise the police should be involved. Everywhere i understand they are under Stuffed, but 2 hours for a pizza and don't even started? Never again!

Called in a phone oder for this restaurant for the first time. MC was staying at the Ramada Inn and they were. 5 of a mile away. Figured great, easy to order dinner. What a laugh! Called in at 2: 13, see picture below. Ordered over phone. Called again at 3: 06 and the automated message said that it was on its way. Still no pizza. Called a third time at 3: 32 and waited for a person to answer the phone. The man who answered was rude, argumentative, and hung up on me and called MC a liar. Every number is this stores number that was called. They finally showed up at 3: 57. The driver claimed he couldn't make change. The pizza was cold and stuck to the box. So from 2: 13 to 3: 57 for one pizza 0.5 miles away! Seriously? ! If I could give 0 stars I would have after what MC went through. This Domino's doesn't care about new customers, doesn't care about delivering to the hotels nearby, and definitely doesn't care about making someone wait almost 2 hours and still charged a 4.29 delivery fee! No saying they are sorry. No excuses, even though there is not one. Just rude people who obviously don't care about their job, representing the Domino's brand or delivering a worthwhile product. Yes, he ate the pieces, he was starving and had a horrible headache. And he needed to sleep before making a delivery of his own. He had driven 18 hours before ordering this pizza. Needless to say, he felt horrible later that night and the next day. (This was dictated to me from the person who made the order.) If this Domino's is like this, they need to either get all new crew members and managers or just close down for good! I'm sure they don't care about the reviews written about them. But you all, reading this, need to know what you are up against if you choose to order from them.

Manager wouldn't help the only other employee working ALONE, resulting in mine and everybody else's order to take 1hr+. Also, there were bugs on EVERYTHING. I figure there has to be a limit or something, but I've never seen a fast food restaurant with so many flies and bugs all over the food.

Nothing but lies from the employees. Will never order from here again. Had to cancel order so I could get pizza from papa johns.less than 45 mins from papa johns.

Order two pies one with cheesesteak and extra cheese it didn’t have cheesesteak on it only on three slices of pizza same thing with the chicken one so I made it to the pizza was good but it was lacking the toppings that we ordered

Seems like these drivers are taking multiple orders and marking it delivered before they leave the store to get more orders. Not cool. Meanwhile your pizza sits in their car getting older.

These people are very unprofessional and these motherF***** had us waiting for an hour. We called back the dude told us he'll be here soon an never came. We called back again an operater tells us that they are closed. Definitely need better Staff. Ignorant fuccs working there
