Domino's Pizza, Scranton PA

Missing what i ordered, they dont even bother to correct it. Its a no place to order ur pizza.
So dry and no sauce even when i paid for extra sauce and cheese.

The best Dominos in the area. Steve the manager is fantastic. Really good guy. He knows how to run a business. The best without a doubt. Would eat there every day if my wife let me.

Great on weeknights, expect to wait over an hour more than predicted delivery time on weekends.

I have been waiting 1.5 hours for a pizza and it still shows in PREP on the tracker, started by Josephine the manager! Tried calling 4 times and no answer! This is ridiculous. WORST EVER. Just order Pizza Hut.

Well it was a bad night for me with Domino's Pizza. Be cautious on your orders for they have a tendency to make you at fault for your order. Then tell customers on phone they cannot understand their order. Also heard employee telling customer that they made the order and employee ordered it right.so folks. If your order is not right say something. Stop this neglance with business's trying to make you at fault.

They are usually pretty decent with making the food. Sometimes the phone service can be a little… ehem… but that store is crazy mostly and I only know that because I used to work there. Their drivers are quick and don’t usually forget anything and so we always try to tip well.

My delivery guy did not follow instructions for CONTACTLESS order. He wouldn't leave my food without a tip. I called the store and was accused of having an attitude. NO! I had a scratchy throat and runny nose. NOW. Everyone he delivered to after me might get sick. Next time don't assume and follow directions. CONTACTLESS!

I ordered a few days ago an it was for delivery but sadly they never showed up? Don't get that they are on time with their ish

Been ordering from here for nearly a year since I moved into my new house. Food was ALWAYS great! Unfortunately, the last time I ordered, not so much. The pizza was disgusting and tasted like overcooked cardboard. My seven year old took a bite and wouldn't take another after that. I tried it thinking maybe it just looked bad, but no it was terrible. Then we sit down to eat our bread bowls and my husband ate a bite or two and then preceded to pull a long hair right out of the sauce. I ended up throwing $40 worth of food in the garbage after that. I never call and complain, but our friend who we had over for dinner called. Instead of apologizing for the hair, the worker said "Well everyone here is bald so that's funny". He was insinuating we were lying about the hair! Very insulting! I would NEVER make up something like that! I watched my husband pull it right out of his Alfredo sauce! We didn't even bother complaining about the disgusting cardboard pizza, only the hair! Then when the guy delivered a new bread bowl, he immediately made the comment about everyone being bald again, instead of just apologizing. Anyway I will never be ordering again! That's for sure!

Food was good and ready when app said it was. I did pickup for 1 order and delivery for another great experience both times

Bad food and when you call they are rude spoke with 3 different people and they where rude.

This place is the best place in Scranton PA, deliver pizza in time and maintain quality of Domino’s

Very rude customer service they messed up my order and then said I was lying about what i ordered, my food came very wrong and they were not nice at all to resolve the issue just very unprofessional

Horrible experience, placed an order and everything seemed fine until I received a call that my order had arrived but it was to a wrong address the rudeness that followed was unbecoming in the most unprofessional manner possible by the delivery driver that basically told me it was my problem because I called the wrong store and basically had to deal with it. And upon calling the store directly the feedback only got worse again stating that it was my fault because I called the wrong dominoes to place the order that went to an address we never heard of before. None of i which was explained when we called and placed the order and paid for with card to which the address that they would not service was requested several times And then being told there was nothing to do except to wait for the refund which could take up to 2 days to return. And to call the right dominoes and place the order again before being hung up on in the most abrupt manner. I'm just discouraged and hope no one else has to deal with such behavior in the future.

Horrible had me waiting outside for 25 mins to a half hour for my order no one came and it said order completed

The driver literally called me 5 10 minutes after they dropped my food off. Would not give me my refund back because he messed up my order. I would rather get pizza from the Domino’s in north Scranton.
