16Very lousy customer service, I placed an order for one squared pizza but delivered one ham pizza, I am not allowed to eat ham cause of religious reasons. I called the customer service for delivery of a wrong pizza but they were rude and hung up the phone. I was not expecting such a terrible customer service from your company. I will report this incident to the consumer affairs and the media.
I ordered online and they said there was no delivery driver available. Start paying people Dominoes.
Seems like management changed in recent months! New management and their team is excellent! If you had bad experience before (definitely it was terrible before it was my personal experience) try again now and you won’t be disappointed! Great going team!
The girl manager working at 8pm september 7th was extremely ignorant i called to tell them that we had a problem with an item we order all the time.i was nothing but respectful and was met with an ugly attitude.i should have taken a picture because what we received was laughable.everyone else was pleasant in store and on the phone except for the manager.this location has changed for the worse.
Store management can be better they don’t have to use profanity language to customers I was very upset today by not picking up the right order I’ve been buying pizza from this location from last three years and today we experience I have in the store managers by name of Rob very disappointing when I complained for pizza I got to hear professional language and a curse language from the manager very sad Domino’s can do much better than this
On 6/10/22 I ordered a pizza at the Springfield, Pa location and it took them 2 hours to deliver my pizza. This is unacceptable! I spoke to the manager and all they could tell me was that they were backed up. Really! Get more help. If you can't, you should not be open if you can't take care of your customers. I will file a complaint with the better business bureau. PS - My pizza arrived cold.
Very good experience. Ordered delivery and it came pretty quickly. Drive was polite and food was delicious.
The last time we tried to order, the location was closed but there was no way of knowing it since there was no message on the phone line. We drove there to find a sign on the door. Today, they aren't offering delivery. No longer the convenient dinner we needed.
Something changed here. All of a sudden, no delivery. Pizzas take an hour to make. Pizzas are made wrong (red sauce on the buffalo chicken?) and doughy and undercooked. Bacon is cut in huge square chunks. Toppings aren't to the edge on the pan pizzas. 2 people are working. I'm not super picky. This is just Dominos after all, but this place has always been so reliable for a quick family meal and it has just become terrible. Perhaps there are new owners.
Best dominos I’ve ever been too employee s were very courteous got the food out fast and hot. The bathroom was immaculate the tables were cleaned and sanitized. We were greeted as soon as we walked thru the door I will definitely be back!
It's a Domino's store there's not much you can say about that other than the fact that the employees acted like you were invisible. When they finally did recognize that there was people in front of them they were quite rude. But it's still a Domino's store and I wouldn't expect too much else for people that are just taking orders and moving Pizza. They spent a lot of time playing and talking with each other rather than waiting on customers they need a store manager there that actually does what he's supposed to do
Online ordering is ALWAYS down and when I called the store it hangs up on you instantly. It’s impossible to place an order. And when I go to the store to order they freak out and tell me I have to order online. Awful service.
Overall good experience.although chicken portions are lesser than that of Upper Darby's.
I ordered at 11: 35.i work in the food industry so I understand how annoying it is to order late.however, at this time the website told me it would be perfectly acceptable as long as I ordered before 12. I proceeded to order; the website told me it was accepted and processed yet I never received any notifications and no one answered the phone. I understand it’s late but If the restaurant isn’t going to accept orders at this time they should really update the website or call the customer for updates.very disappointed. I will not be ordering from here again due to lack of professionalism.
Just had premium chicken Pizza with cheese Garlic Bread.awesome. This was our first time at Dominos in US. I must say it was excellent Loved it. Garlic Bread was filled with cheese. It was super Soft.right moist. This is our go to place on our cheat days from now on:)
