Domino's Pizza, Shenandoah PA

This location is terrible. Have ordered food twice that never showed up. They are always closed randomly even when they show open on the app and online. The owner needs to do something about this location because it makes all of the other locations look bad.

I first tried to order online and the site wouldn't respond.so I called, a woman answered and started taking my order. It was 20 min before closing and they are ten min from my home. The staff continually hung up on me. I can only assume because they wanted to close up and didn't want to take another delivery. They were very unprofessional.

I enjoy their panmade pineapple pizza with extra cheese and light sauce. It’s so addicting!

I’ve always gotten my orders hot and never had any items missing or dealt with any problems. Thank you guys!

Had me waiting for over two hours at least 4 separate times. Unfortunately, it's the only big pizza place out this way. But when i can avoid it, i do. Mom and Pop shops all day over Domino's. On top of all that, they tell you a hour and you call like a little over an hour for them to say it's a two hour 3 hour wait. Like why wouldn't they call us and say that. Poor kids where starving smh. Zero stars

Would of gave 5 stars but considering we waited approx 1 hr & 45 min on our food I'm giving it a 3 based on when it did arrive the food was fresh & hot considering and the gentlemen working was very apologetic when I did call and advised that they only had one driver. The app upon ordering stated 37 minutes so maybe it should be adjusted so customers are more aware and can make other arrangements.

Domino's large New York style pizza is my favorite. I'm very disappointed, I paid 19.99 for a pie that costs $7.99 for those who order and pay online. Sorry I like to order in person via cell.and I picked up the pizza. I've been a customer for a long time. That's the thanks I get.
Shame on you, price gouging! I will not pay $19.99 again.

Forgot the dipping sauce with my order. Assumed it was in the pizza box. Not worth going back 7 miles to the store to retrieve it!

Worst domino's I ever order from BEFORE the pandemic I ord 3 x$5.999 after two hours waiting for my order to be delivered I was Calling the store to see where the order was it was either busy or no one answered. Non-existent customer service. Never did the store call to apologize nor was the pizza delivered. Yet another time when I called to place an order, when they finally answered the phone I seemed as if the store was holding a big party, people yelling music blaring slurred speech bywhoever answered they never gave me a name when I asked.

The food is absolutely amazing. I did order it to takeout because it doesn't deliver to certain addresses. It was prepared quickly and the employees were very respectful. Highly recommend if you eat food.

This dominos is super slow. They never answer the phone and hardly offers delivery. Worst dominos I’ve ever been too.

I've ordered twice from this store, while only live about 10-13 minutes away my order still didn't show up for over an hour and a half. It's ridiculous, don't do deliveries if you can't get the orders out when they are done cooking. You guys are a joke.

The card machine never working at this location and always have an attitude with the customers

I just moved back to the area and I have not eaten from here in years. I probably won't be for a very long time unless as a last resort. Simply because my pizza was burnt. It's not like it was not noticeable because the top was black around the edges and it had a burnt taste. I was starving and not driving back to town to complain. I will just simply not be ordering from here in the future.

Horrible wait times, phones constantly off the hook and no one cares about their job. If I could give this place zero stars I would.

So claimed owner is very rude on the phone and thinks he/she/it is someone they are not. Wouldn't buy a thing from them ever again and lastly the last time i got food from this establishment i wasnt able to eat it. The food was that bad my dog turned it away.

This location is the worst that I have had to order, the order will be made at 7 pm and still at 12 midnight your order does not arrive One call to find out what happens with the order and they speak ugly and tell you with attitude you have to wait 2 more hours! I want my money back why besides my food that arrived at 12 it arrived like A stick of hard and cold!
