Domino's Pizza reviews
17I will never order from this establishment again. I had made an order last night for a large pizza and I paid over the phone and they said my order would be here around 11: 30-11: 40. Around 12: 30 I called back the store cause my food still didn’t come to the house. When I called no one answered at all and I called like 3 times, and they weren’t supposed close until 1am. The next day I called dominos back explaining the situation that happen, they didn’t even apologize to me or even try to accommodate me. I had ask for my own refund, they didn’t offer anything. For everyone sake no one should order from this place again it needs be shut down.
Worst Costumer service ever! There is a worker over there that has no manners, no costumer service skills! She has a horrible attitude! I don’t recommend this pizzeria!
Still waiting for my pizza it's been over an hour I love 2 miles away I'm sick so I couldn't pick up. I'll never order here again
After 45min of waiting for a pickup order somehow my order was still in 'Prep'. Told me it would be maybe another 20min wait. Ridiculous. Listen to everyone else and just forget this place exists.
Still no delivery. Two hours after ordering. Called the store twice. First time on hold for 17 minutes and no one even picked up. Second time on hold for 23 minutes. Twice someone picked up and said be right with you. Then got hung up on.
Customer service is horrible, The person behind the counter is extremely disrespectful. I would rather spend 10 times more money on a different restaurant pizza than getting it from Domino's, They don't even deserve half a star.
I Ordered pizza earlier in the week, it took an hour and a half to get to me. The pizza was cold. I was given a complimentary pizza coupon from the store to use online. Tried to use it today and it wouldn’t take it online, so I went to the store. The woman working was rude and didn’t even try to help. I ended up just walking out. Will never order from here again.
In years past I ordered delivery from this location and it was ok. And NOW they either don’t answer the phone, mess up my order or say they don’t deliver to my location anymore.
But that’s not a problem anymore because I only eat Pica’s pizza in Upper Darby, which has the best pizza I have ever eaten. And Pica’s doesn’t make mistakes or keep me waiting.
Poor experience. No greeting when I entered or was approached at the counter. Total bill $10.59. Gave $11. Change was given: $0.25. The picture will show everything.
Horrible. My husband ordered 2 pizzas and a cheesy bread online total was like 46 dollars we had a 50 bill they wouldn’t accept it we didn’t want no change back but they couldn’t accept 50s? So we had to call to pay by card they wouldn’t answer waited 15 minutes with delivery man outside by the time I paid food was ice cold and horrible the pizza tasted so bad called to complaint the next day manger named Kathy wouldn’t let us talk or explain kept talking over us and not letting us get a word in.
Absolutely horrible, took an hour and a half to get here, the food was terrible, the woman told me that we never ordered from there before, however she read back the delivery instructions to me beings that we are in a retail store, avoid at all costs. I would rather starve
I have not had a Domino's pizza in over 10 years. Loved your pizza in college. You had extra thick crust and sweet peppers as options back then. Really good crust. But I was craving pizza and thought.why not?
Tried the thin crust and the brooklyn crust, hawaiian style pizzas. Asked for well done.
VERY DISAPPOINTED.
So incredibly greasy. Dripping grease. So much that when I tried to pull the first slice out, the center third remained stuck to the cardboard. Same for the second piece. The center of the box was soaking in oil. I have pictures. I had to take 5 napkins and blot the pizza to soak up half the grease. Pictures attached for the not squeamish.
Not cooked long enough.
Very unhappy with this. Looks like I was smart to stay away.
The pizza is delicious and delivery time is usually not too long. My issue is the fact that they almost never answer the phones and the last two times a man answered he told me he was working alone And could not promise "no garlic" on my. And that delivery would take 2 hrs. I'm just saying who does that at a place of business. I have worked in food my whole adult life and I would Never dream of saying anything like that to a customer! It's not the customers fault or responsibility. Need less to say we ordered somewhere else and haven't called since
Hands down worst dominos there is. If you’re going to charge almost a dollar a sauce cup make sure they’re there. They mess up everytime. Feel bad for the delivery drivers the managers a douc**e bag.
Legit took 2 hours to get a bowl of pasta and a salad delivered. I live 4 miles away. I called after 45 minutes and they said they were en route. Terrible Manager with poor attitude and terrible service. I should have read these reviews before ordering because all of the negative ones are on par.
Ordered a pizza and a salad, delivery came in good time but no salad. Had to figure out the new total with the delivery guy because the person at the register didn’t fix the receipt. Ordered from here many times before, and this pizza was just different than usual. Tasted like one you buy from the freezer section of the store
The online ordering seems easy but they don’t specify what pizza toppings are gluten free. The pizzas were ready in less than 30 minutes for pickup - during lent! The pizzas were assembled with care. They looked like nice pizzas.
The regular red sauce needs seasoning and is too sweet. The gluten free crust is pretty good. The regular hand tossed crust needed a longer bake or it is just too mushy.
