Usually done before the time given ready to pick up on the app, and super friendly. They have not once got my order wrong

My pizza was burnt.sometimes I get lucky with this store and they deliver a hot and fresh not burnt pizza but lately it’s been a clown show

They lie that they don't drivers up near 10th street and they are on broad street I am close to broad street I call them on 6/4/2023/ call them on 6/4/23

Ordered a Pizza, came out as burnt and super thin. The order costed about 30 dollars. Felt like I ordered a pizza from the dollar store

If I could give 0 stars I would. First of it says the driver left the store at 9: 25 and was expected to be here by 9: 40. Somehow my food didn’t come until 10pm. Then on top of that when the driver finally arrived he took a good 20 mins going through all the different food in his car opening stuff which is not sanitary at all.trying to find my food. He gives me the wrong food then says he has to go back to the store for something they didn’t pack. I didn’t even want the food after him opening stuff and checking why aren’t there any receipts on stuff so it can stay closed until CUSTOMERS are ready to open. And why do I have to now wait for him to go to the store and come back to get the rest of the food? I called the store and told them I would like a refund for what was left at the store and they told me no.

Emplyees are very disrespectful with each other while customers are in the lobby. They jump from the register straight to preparing the food with out gloves on and then whipe their hands off their uniform to go back to the register. Disgusting! Won't get any more pizzas from that spot.
