Domino's Pizza, Honesdale PA

Yesterday Oct. 4th was my first ever visit to a Domino’s, they say the first impression is a lasting impression, I was taken in by the tv commercials for cheesy bread, I ordered 2 cheesy breads ($19.00)
the young fellow the was making pies was very polite the store was spotless however when I reached home and cut open the cheesy bread low and behold nothing like the tv commercials with cheese oozing out I was lucky that there was a trace of cheese, very disappointing as I said first impression is a lasting impression, i probably wouldn’t return to this franchise again. Businesses shouldn’t cut corners to increase profits

The owner made good on his promise to make things right, I stopped by today ordered 2 cheesy breads and they were much better, no charge.

I ordered a week ago and they gave me half my order and half someone else's order. I called back and was polite and they gave me a 20$ credit associated with my phone number. Today I called, Bc online ordering is shut off for this location, they said they dont know how to do a credit, and the *manager hung up on me and refused to even take my order withoutttt the credit, even tho I was neither rude or cursing or belittling or anyyyyything, but Just bc I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service I was receiving, but in the proper and polite but not watered down way. So two times in about a week and both times this place is a train wreck.

Ordered well before close so knew order was done, but arrived 5 mins after they closed because I was coming from further away, and they canceled the order 2 mins before I got there and the workers just sat there while we knocked at the door. I've worked in the restaurant business and yeah, it sucks having to stay open later and I rarely, if ever, do this, but they're there cleaning anyways and the tip I had to give them was over 50% of my order, which was $20.

Great friendly staff. Placed an order the other day and arrived to pick it up but it was delayed a few minutes, due to a very large order that was placed ahead of me. The staff was very kind and apologetic about it and I could see they were working their butts off to complete the large order and keep up with everyone else’s. They deserve 10 stars for putting up with the crotchety people that had to wait just a few more minutes. I believe the names of the staff were Casey, Hope and Anthony. They handled are hard situation very well and put out good quality food with great customer service. I hope they get recognition for it.

We went in for our 1st Dominos pizza experience and we stood there for 10-15 mins before they told us they weren't taking anymore orders.

Dominoes is a multi billion dollar company. Pay your drivers a good hourly rate and deliver like you always have. This is ridiculous.

Ordered 6 pizzas online and when i came to pick them up at the time i was supposed to they told me they had to cater to camp kids and told me it would be another hour before my food would be ready. Do no go to this domino's unless you want to be treated like an A-hole.very rude and unprofessional here

All they do is sit there and close before 11 when it's confirmed by the business they aren't supposed to close until 12 am. LAZY. No other domino's near this area do that. Do your job. Do better. This has been mentioned numerous times by other customers as I have went through most of your reviews. Why hasnt this been fixed as you stated it would months ago in another review. Unacceptable!

This is the second time the app told me my order was ready and I should go pick it up, and when I got there it wasn’t even in the oven.

The employees were polite and the food was the usual quality, but someone needs to look into why the system and the kitchen are so severely out of sync.

I called at 9: 20 pm there open till 12 and they say no more orders for the rest of the night.ya Ok

The guy working there, Michael, had an attitude and snapped at my mother because he said her order put him behind an hour. If Michael can’t do his job find someone who can. If he ever talks like that again to a member of my family I promise you he’ll be more than an hour behind on future orders!

Its says online you are open till midnight. I tried to order and was going to pick it up around 10: 30pm. No one was answering the phone. The online ordering wasnt working. So i went to the store because i thought maybe they were having problems with the phone or the online ordering. I got there at 10: 50pm. The door was locked. I knocked. The 2 people inside ignored me and carried on like i wasnt standing there. If your hours of operation say you are open till 12am. You should be open till 12am or change the hours online. I found this very aggravating and ignoring customers is not a good representation of the company.

I've never eaten here but I like ducks so here's a duck he is your friend now his name is crackers

Was in there waiting on pizza and the manager literally yelled at the two employees while we were there. Additionally lately the sauce is like it’s non existent. Pizza is dry.

Only 2 people working place was busy.guy stopped making my order to go take 3 other orders at the register. Told me it would be 10 minutes was more then 15 sandwich was cold cheese was not melted. Will not go back.

Rude and argumentative employees and manager. Refused to fix mistake, (no sauce) and proceeded to swear there was sauce.

Great for a late night snack or mid day fill! Super amazing staff and very friendly pricing. Definitely Should visit the best domino’s in the honsedale area!

The food is good it's typical Domino's lol The service is great except there is a serious shortage of help otherwise they are very kind and accommodating to people with special needs and modifying ingredients. 2 employees typically have to run the entire restaurant. They are hard workers. I hope they are being fairly compensated for that hard work and dedication.
