Domino's Pizza, Tamaqua PA

I order here often its usually a pretty good experience. Today I ordered on the app which told me it would take about 37 minutes for delivery. I live less than 10 minutes from the store. It took two hours and two phone calls for me to get my order.

OMG! Horrible service! I order my order at night before the closing time, they never delivered my order to my home the address I put down on the app. It was close before I realized I never got my order to my home. So the next morning I call and I talk to somebody and let them know I want my food I paid for, the lady on the phone gets nasty and hangs up on me, I call up again asking for the manager the manager gets on the phone, he says he will have another order delivered in an hour and 1 they don’t even have the right exact order, but Im there waiting and waiting by the door and still nothing, now they had called my neighbors phone twice and 3 mins apart, but I didn’t receive the calls because I do not have service on my phone and I was calling off somebody else’s number. But then again I didn’t see anybody outside or anything, but when I called up again when I used my neighbors phone, they said the had came and that they sent out 2 drivers which my husband was outside working and he had not seen not 1 car stop on our street. So I had said to the manager to either bring the food or refund me my money he said he has 11 orders in and I said okay that’s fine after all the orders what time would then be so I know the food will be on its way he would not give a answer, then I had said refund me my money and he hangs up on me. This is ridiculous, there customer service is very poorly, they have drivers that don’t care but to bring it to anybody door and not make sure it’s the right order, it’s horrible. This is crazy and I’m not gonna stop until I get my food or my money because the order was $65 and with how rude they were I’m not just gonna let them have my money and be as rude as they were. This store is so horrible and rude it’s just disgusting! Waiting for corporate to answer back to my email I sent.

Just ordered my delivery driver was very nice. But there was Hair in my pizza. Gross. Please practice better hygiene when handling other peoples food.

We started ordering from domino's again after the last time and regretted it. Several incidents left a bad taste in my mouth but the last was the final straw. I ordered a pizza for pick up and after getting home found out they put pineapple and ham on my pizza instead of bacon and ham like I ordered. The "solutions " they offered was for me to keep the pizza and recieve a credit that I would be forced to use in 7 days or bring it back for them to remake it. These options completely resolve any accountability from the workers messing up. If there are no consequences, why even try to do it right? In the end I returned the whole order and went to McDonald's. They offered me nothing in return that I wasted time and gas driving up there twice, 20 minutes one way 4 times. Do better domino's. And after I asked for corporates number they told me there isn't one.

Original review from 4 years ago: I ordered a few months ago and got the wrong order. They told me if I kept the order they would refund my money so I kept the order. I never got a refund after multiple calls with the manager. So I paid for food I didn't order and threw one pizza away because no one would eat it.

They really aren't all that friendly normally, but last night the guy that took our order was nice. I believe his name was Alex?

Ordered the Brooklyn pizza. Having lived in Brooklyn where every block has great pizza, this should be renamed Pretty Good For This Area. Thank you Keith, for following delivery instructions. Ordered at 2 pm, arrived an hour later. If Domino's was experiencing volume, that's a positive because neighboring pizza places are vacant between meal times. To compete, they need to start delivering.

I called ahead and ordered. When I got there they said they had no record of the order. So I said I would like to order again. Got got attitude from the man working there. I wanted to walk out but my friend wanted to wait so we did.

Horrible customer service. Horrible service. Had multiple problems with fake shift supervisors. I never received a call back from management. I will never go back to this specific location again!

Best sandwiches and best pizza, and fairly reasonable prices. For the two of us, we order two sandwiches and two pizzas from the $6.99 promo. We take it home, and it gives us for days worth of meals for two for less than $30 (+ tax and tip). Always delicious.

Pizza can sometimes be cold, price is still expensive unless you go the 6.99 or 7.99 specials, yet the food is still usually good so 3 stars if they would keep the food hot I would give a 4 star review!

Food is mediocre. Delivery times are ridiculous. Im surprised my food is somewhat hot. And the delivery driver that delivered my food had a real bad attitude. Not worth the headache or money.

Pizza was great! I waited a few extra mins for curbside, but due to the wait, they sent me an email with a coupon for a free pizza. Thank you, very courteous!

Ordered delivery.did not come stupid phone system. Told them to remake and deliver ordered at 3: 45. Finally came 6: 18 charged twice on card they took address and phone # could have called us. Food sucked

Placed the order, took an hour and twenty five minutes! Food was cold tasted like cardboard!

Pizza good, but unable to use app for ordering. Had gift cards to use but didn't get to use them. Too difficult to order using app!

Placed the order at 5: 22pm for delivery at 7: 30pm. At 7: 10pm the tracker showed as being quality checked and 45 minutes later it finally left the store. My house is less than 5 minutes from the restaurant. Tracking showed an ETA of 8: 25 when I call the store at 7: 55 to ask about our food. My concerns were brushed off by the person who answered the phone and I was told the tracking was wrong and it would arrive in the next 5 minutes. At 8: 20 we have finally received our order. All the food is cold and needed to be reheated. The loaded tots were a soggy, congealed lump and half of the pasta was dried out and hard even after reheating. If I'd been contacted in any way to let me know that there was an issue, I would have been understanding. What has made me so angry this time, is that it is obvious that the food had been sitting around for nearly an hour before it was put in the driver's car for another 25 minutes. So frustrating!

Always order when there is nothing good to eat and it’s my lazy day.delivery is fast and easy but i ask for contactless delivery because my dog barks a lot.and they always knock which i don’t appreciate.but other than that i have never had a problem with them

Pizza is always ok. Wish they put more sauce and love but then again it’s dominoes. Reason for three stars is because they never cancel my late night order and they don’t leave me starved out so for that I am greatful
