Hakim is always friendly and great to deal with! Such a good worker even when understaffed. Always have a good experience at this location when picking up orders.

Love the variety of dishes and they make everything taste so delicious. I really respect how they call me if there is a problem with my order and need to adjust the price. I always seem to make out better. So glad they brought back the salads. The sandwiches are very tasty, made with love and lots of different delicious flavors. I think they toast them just right, not too much to burn the bread, just enough to warm up the meat, cheese and veggies

Don’t order from here! Placed order online. Called after it wasn’t delivered. Was told no delivery driver until 6 pm. Just could cancel my order unless I woke my infant up and dragged him to store. Was not even going to give the pizza I ordered as delivery for free even if I drove and did my own delivery. I asked for manager for other solutions and Hakeem the manager said he was the manager condescendingly and then hung up on me. Called back 6 times. Whenever my number showed up on caller ID he would just hang up the call and never answered. I sent report to customer service but I would advise everyone to NEVER use this location with a manager that rude and inconsiderate to his customers. Hakeem needs to be fired! Literally always a problem at this store. Always. And every time it’s the customers fault and they never offer any solutions. Avoid! If I could give 0 stars, I would have. 1 star seems way way to generous!

Wow, really great drivers at this location! I’m glad they prioritize timeliness over the safety of everyone else on the road!

They almost killed me today but I’m sure glad that person got their imitation pizza on time!

Love the staff and service. Plenty of parking for pick up and delivery is professional and done in a timely manner. If deliver will be delayed, they call to let you know!

After I had already paid and picked up my order, it was cancelled for no reason, invalidating my $3 coupon and points. Called in to get this rectified, but the usual daytime worker (John) was no help.

He's not much better when it comes to making pizzas. Can't cut them evenly and on a particularly bad day, just turned them into mush. I also have to arrive about 5-10 minutes later than the pizza tracker because he's usually never ready with them. It's sad that this location's constantly rotating through staff, but John has been the worse and he is just a total fish out of water situation.

I now call ahead to see if he's working and if he is, I'd rather drive a few minutes out of the way to a different location.

*Update* I revisited this location and had my issue, more or less rectified, so I changed my star rating. Very friendly interaction with a different worker today and was helpful with my issue. I've had dealings with him before and transactions have always gone smoothly, and my pizzas did not come out a mess.

This is how the marble cookies looked after opening. They also did not have my order ready a full 10 mins after getting the it’s ready notification on the app and their in store tracker showing it was ready.
