Food was never dropped off and have been waiting for an hour called and customer service was very hostile store needs a new manager

Love this Domino's. The food is hot, delicious, and always done exactly how I asked. I can not recall a single time I've had something wrong or missing from my order, and I've had many many orders over the past couple of years. Both pickup and delivery options have also been a smooth process. The Domino's tracker, when choosing delivery, is also a nice little cherry on top.
My only complaint is their parking lot. It's just so terrible, and I'm sometimes worried I may cause damage to my car. I wish they'd fix that. But beyond that, everything has been perfect!

Girl manger is Ghettooo! Disgusting & disrespectful! Afraid to say her name in fear of losing her job! Worst service ever doesn't matter when you call them you sit on hold, leave the phones off the hook and you can't even place a order online half the time never wasting my time again

I don't often buy pizza. Nonetheless my daughter only likes Domino's pizza.
I had cash but they didn't have change. I decided to use a card. I was not impressed with the service. The young men behind the counter really tried and for that reason I waited and bought the pizza.
Not something I will always do.

Called to inform the manager there was mold on my sandwich after eating most of it. Didn't even want a new one. She refused to acknowledge the possibility of mold existing in her store. I must be a liar. Just thought she should check her stock. Tell me that's not mold.

Rock solid. I wish they would fix their parking lot though. Gravel isnt that expensive. At least pour gravel in the holes so they dont eat cars alive. Yikes.

Paid $30 some dollars for pizza, brownies & a 2 liter. The pizza was EXTREMELY over cooked & gross. I called to let them know & they told me they cld replace the pizza “if it wasn’t eaten out of. ” Obviously we took a few bites. I asked for coupons & the guy said “they don’t have none. ”
I rarely order out. Extremely disappointed. Do NOT order from this store. Waste of money. Zero customer service. I shld have gone to Aldi & baked their MUCH tastier pizza for $7.99.

They are always polite and friendly. The store is clean. I never have to wait long for my food and it is always perfect.

Friendly and professional General Manager. Amazing crew and hands down the best dominos for delivery in the city. Great job. I've never been disappointed and when there is any issue it's handled promptly and without issue.

Dominos Pizza is a well-known pizza chain all over the world. I recently ate at one of their locations and I have to say, their Buffalo chicken sandwich was outstanding as always! The sandwich was packed with crispy and juicy chicken smothered in a tangy Buffalo sauce, topped with fresh lettuce and melted cheese, all sandwiched between two tender brioche buns. It was a fantastic meal and I enjoyed it thoroughly.

On the downside, the loaded bacon tater tots were a little bit overcooked. While the flavors were good, the tater tots were a bit too crunchy, and the bacon bits were slightly burnt. It was slightly disappointing but still enjoyable nonetheless.

What really stood out to me was the service. As a fast-food restaurant, I didn't expect much, but their service was quick and friendly. The staff members were polite, helpful, and attentive. They guided me through the menu, made recommendations, and even checked on me several times during my meal. It was precisely the kind of service you'd expect from a great fast-food chain.

Overall, I would recommend Dominos Pizza for anyone looking for a quick and satisfying meal. While the tater tots could have been better, the buffalo chicken sandwich was fantastic, and the service was top-notch. I would give Dominos Pizza a four-star rating out of five.

Terrible service rudest employee's ever on the phone and they want to tell me they don’t take cash for orders over 25 dollars you guys are the worse one in Erie I would give a negative 5 stars for the rude employee on the phone

Their employee Kyle was very polite and very quick with bringing my food now that I think of it, it was the fastest I think I ever got my food. That being said, I tipped him well.

They don’t answer the phone the stupid app kept jumping to bake and quality check for 30 minutes and that is ridiculous and they lie about the time of delivery and leaving the store because I track them on the app and it says that they started delivery at 7: 15 but in fact they started at 7: 21

Food was hot and fresh staff was nice and friendly as soon as you walk in they greet you its just a horrible smell when you walk in

Started going to Dominos more lately. Friendly staff, delicious pan pizza. Five stars for sure.
